Luxury Condo w/ Beach Access | Dragestil 715-1

We liked absolutely everything about the place. It was new, well equipped, close to the bridge, could walk all over, great floor plan. Perfect for relaxing. Lots to see and do.

Excellent location, beautiful condo and we loved the bathrooms, big towels, coffee left for us to start with and the furniture and beds. Excellent overall. Our friends from Argentina were very impressed too.

We really enjoyed our stay here last week! The rental company was very helpful and had great instructions and an easy 24/7 number to text with any questions or needs. The condo itself was great - you can tell it's new and it was incredibly clean and comfy. You can't beat the location - we loved sitting outside and watching the bridge while enjoying a card game and beverage. We will definitely be back!

Great location, easy walking to Canal Park and a beach. Fun to watch the ships coming and going from Duluth. Well equipped condo with all the supplies you need. Very clean, well laid out. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful location and the place was spotless! Great views of the ships coming in. Had great amenities and almost everything we needed. Definitely bring lighter sleepwear as the comforters are warm! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed watching the boats pass under the bridge from our patio! We were also able to get by with walking just about everywhere with the proximity to Canal Park. I thought the place was very nice and family-friendly.

Beautifully appointed place within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Canal Park. You are literally steps away from the lift bridge and we were able to watch 4 large ships pass through during our short stay. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this location! We were in Duluth on our way back from a few days going up along the North Shore. We would definitely try to stay here again. It appears that we might be one of the first visitors to this new location. As we all know with new construction, there is always a few things that one needs to work out the bugs……Here is our feedback. The microwave breaker kept going off, so couldn’t use the microwave to heat up water. The water pressure in the walk in shower is so strong that in spite of our efforts, we still had water coming out onto the floor. Perhaps a more flexible shower curtain liner might help. We didn’t use the stove so don’t know if there is any issue with it. We would also suggest the possibilities of installing dimmer switches on some of the lights. We loved the layout and the furnishings. Very nice to provide some coffee, dishwashing pods and washing machine pods. While we didn’t use the washer/dryer, very nice inclusion.There were no instructions on what to do with the trash, so we left it in the unit. We did start the dishwasher prior to leaving. We rent some property, so we are always grateful for feedback that gives us info on how to make one’s stay better.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. It was easy to walk over the bridge to Canal Park and close to the beaches. It had a great layout and ease of entry/movement for a person in our group that uses a walker. It was very comfortable. It really made our stay in Duluth memorable.

Stayed 3 nights. Great layout. Great accommodations with everything we needed including plenty of towels, soaps, conditioner, body soap, extra throw blankets, very comfy beds. Very homey. Stayed on first floor with family of 4 and small dog.

We loved everything about this property. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and breweries. We also took a road trip up north to visit the waterfalls. You cant go wrong with the property.

Beautiful place with lots of room! The location couldn't be better close to it all with a spectacular view!
