Luxury Condo Premiere Downtown Location

We really enjoyed the clean, quiet, stylish apartment. The location with secure parking is perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a great condo with an outstanding location. We loved being in town and so close to the river. Being a few blocks from the main part of town gives you peace and quiet but only minutes from whatever you might want. The place is awesome!

My husband and two teens, along with our 2 golden-doodles stayed here over an April weekend. The layout is perfect for a family. It is very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed the deck, which overlooks the river!

Very clean and accommodating location close walking distance to all restaurants and shops downtown. Easy to access ski slopes with a short, straightforward drive. Lovely to hear the river in the backdrop and beautiful unobstructed views of the hills behind the building. Host was absolutely phenomenal with helpful, responsive answers whenever needed. A gem!

The condo was as advertised - wonderful location, well stocked, lovely decor. Check in was easy, and our host we very responsive and accommodating.

What a great location! We've now stayed there twice for hockey trips and great location in downtown Steamboat. Walking distance to good restaurants and bars and very close to hockey rink as well which is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this condo for any Steamboat vacation!

My wife and I stayed three nights, our first visit to Steamboat Springs. We should have stayed at least a week. The condo itself is just as advertised…. comfortable, clean, quiet and perfectly appointed. The location is also perfect, with the entire town within easy walking distance. Kelly was a great host, answering all of our questions and recommending a few of her favorite hikes. All in all, a wonderful stay at a fantastic property. We will be back!

Fantastic condo in a quiet part of old town. Walkable to everything including great restaurants, shopping, the library, Little Toots park and Howelson Hill. 1 block off main and free bus. Plenty of room and nice deck overlooking the Yampa river. Great communication and well stocked condo. Will definitely return!
