Our single level 1,000 square foot 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom condo is one of very few properties with a deck overlooking historic Main Avenue. The modern and exceptionally appointed residence is located at 7th and Main Street and is 24 miles (25 minutes) from Purgatory ski area.

Durango is known for it's historic downtown with a diversity of shopping and dining opportunities that would rival many large cities. This condo is within immediate walking distance to everything the historic downtown has to offer. Go for a run or a bike ride on Durango’s river trail just a block and a half away. Visit one of the many exceptional coffee shops or discover why Durango is known as the city of Brewerly Love by visiting one of our six local brew pubs. This is Durango’s finest location.
