Luxury Condo near Disney Movie Theatre/ Water Park

This place is a complete dump. It looks nothing like the beautiful photos. You will be extremely disappointed. The subsequent day, I had to show my husband the photos for him not to think I wasn’t beginning to lose my mind. First of all, our flight arrived at 11pm, and we drove an hour to the property. When we arrived, there was a police car at the gate. We then proceeded to the parking lot, and my husband noted all the junky cars. We hesitantly proceeded, the elevator was grungy but we jumped in anyway, we used our Clorox wipes to press the floor button. We arrived at the apt, and it was an absolute dump. We turned right around hurriedly to get out of there. We had no where to go with a four year old in the wee hours of the morning. We chose that option vs spending one second in that property. As we were leaving we also heard people in a verbal altercation. I called the owner as we were scurrying through the door. She did not answer. I then called VRBO/Expedia after waiting an extensive time on the phone I got a representative and they tried calling the owner. She did not answer their call either. I own a STR (short term rental) and me or my cohost are available for my guests 24/7 because things do happen. While I was on my phone, my husband was on his phone feverishly trying to find us an alternate place to stay in a strange city. It is unfortunate that a fellow host would choose to post misleading pictures to lure guests. I have yet to receive my refund for the 3 nights.

Perfect for families with teens & toddlers! everything was in walking distance and so many different options for entertainment ours never got bored!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience here! The condo is so nice, the neighborhood is gated, this unit is close to the pool so you can just walk. We had so much fun at the pool, hot tub, and splash pad/water slides. There’s a little cafe where you can get food/drinks and other things for the pool. We went to Disney springs and Epcot and it took us no time to get to both places! There’s lots of restaurants and a wal mart very close as well! I’m already looking into when we can go back and rent this place again! Thank you to The Perch!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Orlando! The location was perfect—just a short drive from all the major theme parks, making it incredibly convenient for our trip. The condo itself was spacious and well-maintained. The living area was cozy, with plenty of seating and a large TV for winding down after a busy day at the parks. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we could make breakfast and snacks before heading out, which saved us time and money. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy after a day full of adventure.The complex felt safe and quiet.Overall, it was a great value for the price, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!

This is a great space close to Disney. It was too cold to enjoy the pool on site. Clean, everything worked, there was a little hiccup with the cleaning crew when we checked in, but the owners were super responsive and everything turned out fine. I would definitely stay here again.

The place itself was nice. Easy to access and check in. The issue we had was the pool was closed for construction and we were not notified. This was our two young kids first Disney trip. After their first airplane ride and some long travel, they wanted to check in and go to the pool. We all changed and walked to the pool only to find it was closed. Very disappointing. Please take my advice and don’t ever book anything that does not allow a refund. I will never do that again. The owners were nice, however, I was offered $300 for the inconvenience which I should have stated that we only ended up staying there one night. We checked out the next day and made last minute arrangements somewhere else. It would have been nice to have the property owners offer more than $300 seeing as how we only spent one night there. Also, to date I still have not even received the $300 refund.

We stayed in this condo during summit cheer comp. It was close to everything and very comfortable. The pool was the icing on the cake..

We loved our stay here. During our stay we ventured to Universal, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Epcot. If you want to stay within a nice distance of the parks but don’t want the hustle and bustle of on-property and something a more quiet and private, this is the place. Very clean and well-maintained.
