Luxury Condo In Poipu Beach, Central Air Conditioning, Pools and Mountain Views

Overall it was a good stay. One thing not mentioned in the description is that the layout of the upstairs is a railroad. You have to go through the bathroom to get to the second bedroom. If privacy is important for the people staying up there, like it is for my coed teens, this is an important detail. There was incredibly loud road construction that shook the condo starting every morning at 7. We were early risers, so it wasn’t that big of a deal, but worth noting. Lazy relaxed afternoons on the lanai would have been nice, but not with that noise. The space is large and clean and aside from being on a busy road, was a in a great location. Property manager was friendly and responsive.

Place was great for our stay of 7 adults and location was good.

Contacted the host with a few questions. Received answers immediately. Very responsive. Condo was well stocked with everything needed for a beach stay. Everything was clean and as advertised. If we come back to this area in the future, we will definitely try to rent this condo again.

Our stay was fabulous!! Meet all expectations. Listing was accurate. Host was extremely easy to contact, quick responses. Location is unbeatable. Completely stocked with beach supplies! The pools and grills were well maintained. The neighborhood was easy to access and navigate. Beaches were walking distance and beautiful. Make sure to catch the sunset every night!

This property was excellent for our family. It was everything that was advertised & more. The rug sheds so the vacuum was a real asset, might want to consider a stronger vacuum. Would definitely come back.

This is a fabulous location within walking distance to the beach, Moir gardens, etc. The pool and hot tub were also lovely. Beautiful grounds and beautiful area!

Myself, husband, two children (age 11) and both sets of grandparents visited Kaua’i for the first time. The condo was spacious and worked well for the number of family members we had. Our only issue was the wireless internet. When I contacted the owner, she did her best to get the situation fixed.

Good location and nice condo complex. Convenient to beach. Loved the decore & convenience of property- very comfortable furniture. My daughter got sick so we asked if we could check out late and they said ok- which was nice

4 adult couples and two infants. Great condo. Would highly recommend. Lots of chairs, umbrellas and water toys available for use. Kitchen amply supplied with cooking gear. Nice big dining table. Upstairs loft/bedroom is very nice with privacy screen, but should be taken into consideration if a couple is planning on staying in that space. All bedrooms had king beds! Would stay here again with our family and close to the beach.

The condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was very clean and well stocked, within walking distance to Poipu Beach where we all got to have a puka dog, and a five minute drive to old town Koloa. The owner was prompt to respond to any questions we might have. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find. Check in and out process was a breeze. Excellent location to anything you need. The place was perfect size for our family of 11.

We were on a couples getaway!! There were 3 couples and we had an AMAZING time. The property was very clean and welcoming. The location was very close to other attractions with great beaches and great restaurants!! I would definitely recommend this property!!

The condo is spacious, clean and close to beaches and amenities ... I'd highly recommend it for large groups and families!
