The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and had plenty of room. The location was great, you could walk across the street and get on a trolley, and it was close to all kinds of little shops!

I always bring my own cleaning supplies and love it when I don’t have to use them! Kudos to the housekeepers!! We wished the pool would have been operational but that’s ok. Maintenance issues happen.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here before so that's why we chose again. Located right at the Pigeon Forge trolley depot & Old Mill. Staff has always been friendly. Only complaint i had with the condo was we couldn't take a hot shower in master bathroom because valve is messed up and it wouldn't go over to hot and the window above the TV was covered in spiderwebs but everything else was clean and in working order. Housekeeping actually came back after checking in to inspect the dishes to make sure they were clean.

You're close to everything, and you are walking distance to the Old Mill, and the trolly cars. The Cal Ripken ballpark is 3 minutes away. I've stayed here a few times and have always been satisfied. The balcony views are beautiful.

The only issue we had was the sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable and we were not able to use it. It needs to be replaced. Overall, we were very pleased!
