Kitchen well stocked with anything you would need (minus groceries of course). Reservations easy to make and check in and check out are the same. Our go to place when renting a condo in Pigeon Forge.

More carts to transport belongings to and from your car would be nice. Overall it was a great weekend and we will definitely consider this place again.

We have spent five days each year for the last seven years and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. We did point out a couple of issues to the desk clerk when we checked out. The remote for the tv in the living room area was missing and the gas fireplace was not working. Minor problems and the overall experience was great.

The master bedroom had a newer TV and the tiny little remote was impossible for 80 year olds to use and figure out! Bad choice for tv and remote in a rental.

This is our go to place when we like to go to the Smokey’s for vacation or our weekend getaway to attend UT football games.

The couches are worn out and when you sit on them they sink down. Kitchens are not stocked as they used to be and if you want to prepare meals you have to take your own cooking pots and pans. We do enjoy the location.

Only negative is that they only have 1 entrance. We drove past it the first time. Wish there was a second entrance.

This was the perfect place for our family of 6. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for living life away from home. We enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the views from our condo and we loved that it was so close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.
