I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been there numerous times before and I am disappointed this time. During a rain storm water started coming through all the windows on the front of the building. Went down and spoke to the front desk and they said they would have someone come and check and they never did. We had some of our personal items in front of the windows and it all got wet. I did take pictures of all the water that was coming in and everything that got wet.

It has absolutely every cooking essentials you need to make any meal. The property employees are such sweet people! And the location is perfect, it's close to the main part of the Parkway, but tucked back enough that you are not bothered by traffic sounds. There is also a grocery store and The Island both easily drivable from the property.

The condo was spacious clean and had everything we needed. The beds were not the best we’ve had but willing to overlook considering satisfaction overall.
