Luxury Condo, Downtown Asheville

Great location , easy walking distance to many dining options and breweries.

I sent my son and husband for a father/so. Getaway. They loved the condo. Said it was so nice and that the location was perfect. 2 large rooms and a large balcony. Very clean and well furnished. They want to go back and stay there again.

Condo was very well furnished.

Only real suggestion is that the quality of the kleenex and paper towels was very low. We had to go get our own to use while there.

Property was as advertised. Was very clean, close to several Breweries and Restaurants and within walking distance of downtown Asheville. Would stay again for sure.

The stay was excellent. This is a great location walkable to all the restaurants and local breweries. We have stayed here multiple times. The only suggestion for improvement is the reservation process. The VRBO site clearly states that all transactions and communication should occur via the VRBO app for optimal security. When I completed the booking process on the app I immediately received an email with a link directing me to now pay the property management company. The link took me to a site that did not at all look legitimate. I felt like I was getting phished. I completed the booking process the following morning by calling the Towns Property Management office the following morning.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo downtown. It was within walking distance of everything! The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was super clean and modern with very high ceilings. Some mentioned the loud front road, but when we went to bed, we didn't hear anything. Entry to the garage and building access was simple. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. I definitely recommend this spot!!

Can’t beat this location - within walking distance of downtown breweries and restaurants. The condo is comfortable and quiet.

Property was great except for the noisy roadway in the front of the building. Difficult to enjoy a conversation on the cool balcony, with locals revving their engines 25 feet in front of you...

Easy walk into the main Asheville drag, beautiful and secure accommodations, very comfortable apartment, garage parking, easy check in/out. Location is especially amazing.

We traveled with another couple and condo was great for the four of us. It’s located in an ideal spot and within walking distance to many of popular restaurants and shops. The condo is on a main road that makes the patio difficult to enjoy but we didn’t spend time there anyway. Our group would suggest luggage racks but otherwise it was furnished with everything we needed.

Location was perfect. Very close to downtown Asheville. Loved the patio/balcony. Very comfortable space.
