Stayed Jun 13, 2025Enjoyed our week at OCMD on the boardwalk South beach property. Condo with Ocean view was the clean, roomy, well maintained, and very comfortable. Love the location and slept 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and baths. Definitely recommend highly and will comeback on our next trip.

Stayed May 29, 2025Overall, the condo was great exactly what was listed plenty of room for several friends or family members. Great location, close walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk several restaurants and entertainment areas. My only feedback was the condo was very secure which is a plus, however there were only two fobs provided to our group of eight and two garage door openers to get in and out of the parking area therefore, if more than two couples went out the third couple or other members in the party would have to make arrangements to be able to get back into the garage and or into the condo because you cannot get in the elevator without your fob and you cannot get in the garage without your garage door opener. I like the security, however, providing additional fobs and garage door openers if necessary should be considered.

Stayed Sep 11, 2024We wanted somewhere nice, roomy and bright on the boardwalk and this exceeded everything we wanted. Perfect location, beautiful condo and the balcony with a side ocean view was perfect. Without a doubt we will continue to book through your company, check in and out was super easy. Unfortunately as we were checking out there was a fire alarm so we had to leave a small box of recyclables but thankfully we learned it was just a routine check. Another good thing to do to ensure safety. Thank you much

Stayed Jul 8, 2024Condo was very clean (other than sandy floors.. but you are at the beach!) Decor and furniture appeared fairly new and upgraded. Safe and secure building with nice roof top pool. Upgraded TV in each room ; very spacious with great lighting and ceiling fans. Outdoor deck had perfect furniture for larger group!
