Augusta, Georgia
Perfect condo for your stay in Augusta. EVERYTHING has been remolded with new furniture and appliances. Large 55" 5television in main room, and personal televisions in the guest rooms. Fold out couch for sleeping more guests. Great for families and comfortably sleeps 6. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. you can walk to the Augusta Nationals, grocery store or restaurants. A short drive to down town, the airport, military base, and the river/bike trails.
The home is fully stocked with most kitchen appliances, as well as plenty of linens and extra linens. Washer and dryer in the home. 3 televisions, and a pull out couch. key pad door lock for easy access into the home.
You have full access to the entire condo. 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 baths, laundry room, outdoor deck, and 2 parking spaces.
I live just a few minutes up the road, extremely close if you need help with anything at all.
This is a great place because of it's location. You are on a one sided dead end street about a half mile from 2 large intersections. So it is extremely quiet, but close enough to city life. On one side is the river, cinemas, and way to down town. On the other you have the world famous Augusta nationals, restaurants, grocery stores, small cafes. Also close to freeway access s o that you can be anywhere in Augusta within 15 minutes. Minimal traffic except during masters, but close enough it is about a 10 minute walk to the Augusta nationals parking, no need to even drive a car that week!
I don’t usually write a review but had to this time. The condo had a smoke odor masked by a ton of air fresheners. It just stunk. The fridge was dirty. The toilet did not flush in master bathroom. Had to lift lid and pull chain to flush. And check in was 2 and owner did not email me codes until after i called. Would not recommend.
I love everything about the home. Very lovely, quiet, and beautiful.
Prefer King size bed in the main bedroom and floor mat in both bathrooms.
We had one problem, but the host was great at finding a solution. Location was good, the back deck was not clean and not keep up. It was pretty clean unless you realy start looking in corners and less traveled places. On and the thermosat kept resetting to 81 degrees 3 to 4 times a day.
I liked having the light in the yard.
This was a great space for the family while in town visiting in-laws. It was quiet, especially at night so getting the kids to sleep was easy. It was very clean and everything we needed was set out and easy to get to. The owner was in communication and answered all of my questions quickly.
This was a very nice house. The pictures make you think the house is by itself. But it is connected to other houses, but it was still very quiet. The owner was very nice and very responsive.
Stayed 3 nights and am so glad we chose this rather than a hotel. The location was close to everything. It was on a dead end street so no traffic. Had a private driveway. The inside was really nice. It was great having 2 bathrooms and the closets were huge as were the bedrooms and living room. The full kitchen with all the dishes, glasses and cutlery was icing on the cake. The cherry on top was when I needed a piece of tin foil and there was actually some in a drawer along with wax paper and plastic wrap. The only thing I didn’t see (and I may have missed it) was a pizza cutter. But I just used a large knife that was there. Overall we were extremely pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend to everyone. If and when we return to Augusta we will definitely try to book this again.
Property was just up the road from Augusta National and walking distance to everything if you wanted to walk. Clean, well appointed, and owners were great on communications. Would definitely rent again.
My friends and I had a wedding to go to for the weekend and found this place. The area felt very safe and was close by to restaurants or target for a quick trip to get snacks or necessities. It was incredibly clean inside and was a good size for two couples and a single. The property manager was very clear and quick with responses and information which made it easy to get in and out. We greatly appreciated our stay and would do it again!
Spacious and comfortable townhouse. Central and close to amenities and tourist must sees. Nice walking paths, and friendly neighbours.
Very good place to stay. Clean and quiet.
Alicia was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and understanding, answered all my questions and was a pleasure. The accommodations were everything I could of asked for. Was clean, had a full stocked kitchen dishes , cookware , soaps , linens etc…. I was actually surprised how well stocked it was. The couches were comfy, beds were great and tv in every room. I highly recommend this place. I was 100% satisfied!
This was our first time using Vrbo. Our host was excellent. She addressed our concerns and questions quickly. The house was very well kept and located in a nice neighborhood that is close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place!
I live near Fort Myers/Naples, FL. When hurricane Ian was upgraded to a category 4, I hopped on VRBO and found a dog-friendly house in my price range within 5 minutes, booked the house and left a couple of hours later. The hurricane damage was more than anyone could imagine. I wasn't sure how long until I would have power and internet restored. I asked Alicia about extending my stay. She worked with me to the best of her ability to accommodate me staying in one of her properties longer. Fortunately, my electricity was restored and no home damage so I was able to return home on schedule. The house is located on a very quiet (dead end) street (perfect!!). Neighbors are pleasant. Excellent neighborhood to walk in. Safe (I am single/alone). House was equipped with what I needed plus I brought a lot of my own stuff (pillows, towels, coffee maker, etc). Excellent location--5 minutes from anything you need. This was my first VRBO experience and it was GREAT! I can't thank Alicia enough for all of her help and kindness with the unpredictability of the hurricane. I would rent from Alicia again, anytime!!
Location was fabulous with easy access to Washington road and Riverwatch parkway
Communication with the host was spot on and this property was fully stocked with everything you need in order to stay and be comfortable. The ball was dropped on scheduling the cleaning of the unit before check in however soon as I reached out to the host she was at the property within 10 to 15 minutes. She was very apologetics and as a traveler I totally understand that things happen and we are all human. I just grab the cleaners and started sanitizing the condo with the help of my mom. This condo has plenty of space and the appliances in the kitchen are up to date and it comes with a washer and dryer if you need to use it. Hands down this condo and host is a place you would want to stay and she is someone you would like to have as a host because she cares about her properties and the guest.
Hello, This is was really nice rental, but you have really bad bug ? problems. You need to fix the floor by the door and you also need to put rug tape on the area rug. Get rid of those bugs! Thank You
Listing was 100 percent accurate and host was amazing at communicating with us!
Pretty decent place to stay. Perfect for four people. Good location. Not cleaned very well at all. Floors were dirty. Found a dead cockroach under the couch. Pots and pans dirty and dog hair everywhere.
We stayed for a couple of weeks outside of the Masters tournament timeframe during a move. Accepts pets without additional charge. Well worth the money. Didn’t appear to have “pet effects”. Quaint two bedroom with great access to grocery, restaurants and Costco. Fantastic communication with the owner - better than I’ve ever experienced with any other VRBO. Would definitely stay again in same situation.
We stayed here celebrating my daughters graduation from Augusta University. Alicia was a perfect host! The condo was very clean & well stocked with all the essentials which really made our stay nicer. The location was perfect , close to the University & plenty of dining options. It was great having Kroger so close ( made many visits there lol!) Thank again Alicia we hope to be back soon!! Sue & Tony (From Stone Mountain)
