Luxury Condo at the Arch in the heart of Historic Nye Beach

We liked the view of the ocean and how clean and stocked it was. The only thing I didn't like was having to wash our towels but it wasn't a big deal.

What a wonderful property. The house was more beautiful than I expected…..it was spacious and very clean. It was in a nice location with cute shops and super close to the beach. The house was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, linens, towels, and many other items. We really liked that each room had their own tv’s and that there were 3 bathrooms. Such a gem to find!!! Highly recommend!!

The condo was spacious and clean with great views of the ocean. The location is amazing next to many of the great restaurants and shops in Newport as well as Nye beach. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Newport!

Great condo and location.

Your condo was beautiful. The upstairs, kitchen and living room was spacious and well equipped. The furniture was very comfortable and the ocean view from the balcony was a real bonus. The downstairs master bedroom had a comfortable bed, but was high off the ground and could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. My only complaint was the downstairs carpet was ready for a refresh. The location was right in the center of Nye Beach and a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Next time we go to Nye Beach we would love to stay in your condo. Joel

This is a great location and set up but this condo needs some attention. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced. First thing you see when you walk in and it’s gross. Also had mold in between shower tiles and dust throughout the house. You pay too much to not have a clean place to stay.

We absolutely loved this sweet condo. We spent nearly a week here. It is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and very homey. Total beach vibe. Fabulous kitchen--when I saw it I was all OMG! But my partner said no cooking, we're on vacation ;). When not out exploring the area, we spent a lot of time on the balcony, which has a direct view of the beach and ocean. The location couldn't be better if you're looking for something central, with many shops and amenities, and a reasonable distance from other beaches, etc. I would just caution any light sleepers, because this is right in the old town area, on the weekend the master bedroom was noisy enough to disrupt my sleep. So bring ear plugs. The owners were super nice, available by message, and always ready to answer our questions. Also, they provide a very well stocked binder full of brochures and menus, which we found super helpful. Bottom line, we would definitely stay here again.

This was my very first time on a Vacation and loved staying at this house. They had everything we needed and good quality items. It was also very close to the beach and lots of shops in walking distance. I had a question and they answered right away.

Host was a great at communicating and the condo could not be more any more convenient to the beach, local restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It was just what our family needed for our short getaway with plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space. Lots to do in the area. We would definitely stay again if we are in Newport.

Location was great for our trip as we used the condo as a central hub. We were able to explore up and down the Oregon coast. The condo is just minutes from the beach and close to local stores and dining.

Wow. This property is truly special. The location is STEPS to the best stretch of shops and beach access in downtown Nye Beach. The upstairs is bright and open with vaulted ceilings. Everything was stocked and in excellent condition. The beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed here on a family girls getaway and couldn’t stop gushing about how perfect this place is! We will definitely be returning! The host communication is excellent and made finding the place and parking an absolute breeze. There is a peak ocean view and you can hear waves from the balcony patio. Can’t say enough about this place! Book it, before it fills up!

Loved the location. Having designated parking is always a plus. The carpet, especially the stairs could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, clean and as advertised. Loved having a balcony to sit on. Enjoyed watching the seagull parents sitting on their nest on the roof next door.

Great place to stay in Newport. We were only there for one night, but will definitely book this place again, if and when we come back to Newport.

Loved the property. Kitchen was well equipped. Sofa and bed blankets smelled stale. Could use cleaning or a spray of Fabreeze. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and location perfect.

Excellent, convenient location with a view of the ocean. However, construction workers were painting the building, which was a bit of a nuisance.

This condo is in a great location just a short walk to a very accessible beach and restaurants. It is a little noisy because of the location but that was a small trade off. There is a nice ocean view from the living room and balcony.The condo is modern and well equipped. The furniture and beds are quite comfortable.The unit was very clean with the exception of the first floor and stair carpet which is due for a freshening.

Great place in Nye Beach Area!

This is the second time I have stayed in this rental and I loved it just as much this time around. It is such a beautiful location having the beach just a short walk away and many cute shops and restaurants also within walking distance. It makes for the perfect weekend getaway! The house is stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances to also do your own cooking which I always love. The only thing that gave me pause was that the individual who comes to clean the property seemed to be hanging around and as we were packing up all our stuff, asked if we were done so that he could go in. He was extremely nice, but it just felt a little pushy and like he was rushing us to get out of the place before our check-out time. Other than that, this is a wonderful location and I would highly recommend this spot!

Great location and great property.

The place was beautiful, high-quality, clean, and the host was very polite and had great communication. Just FYI the smaller bedroom no longer has a TV which messed me up with working remote, but the host offered to bring me one before I decided to just relax more than usual. If I come back to this area I’ll try and stay in the exact same place. Perfect. Loved being able to walk to anything we needed.

We had a wonderful one night stay right before Christmas. Cozy with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. LOVED the location! 3 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful little shops and restaurants. Would love to go for longer next time.

Despite the rain, we had a wonderful time at Nye Beach and on the central coast! The condo was perfect and very well-appointed. Perfect location to stroll the Nye Beach area and to walk on the beach. This is our second time staying here and we plan to return next year.

My husband and I stay in a lot of VRBOs around the country. This one was above our expectations and just in such a lovely place. They had everything you could want and the bedrooms were nice and comfortable and the outdoor view of the ocean was breathless. We will definitely be back

we had a great time at this condo. the location was perfect, a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. it was a short walk to the beach and it was beautiful. the condo was perfect! very clean, had plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the ocean.

Really nice condo and in the perfect location. Lots of great little shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Beach access is easy and a nice stretch of beach for relaxing and enjoying a nice walk.

Great place with a fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo. We had more than comfortable accommodations for the two of us, with lots to explore shops, eateries, cafes and the beach all around us. Loved the beach view from the upstairs balcony and the quiet while being so close to everything.
