Luxury Cancun Beachfront Condo

The views were amazing, Roberto’s dinners were amazing. The way that Roberto and his wife went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. Not to mention the experience with the sea turtles that come every night to lay their eggs and the release Of the baby turtles nightly

My wife and two of our children (17 and 19) stayed at the unit for 7 days and found it just as advertised and reviewed - and perfect for us. From the initial booking process the host (Marty) was very responsive and thoughtful and took pains to ensure that we had information that would make the stay enjoyable and seamless. The unit itself was spacious and fully appointed with all one might need for a comfortable stay. Those responsible for the maintenance (Roberto and Guillermina) were very nice and also very helpful - we took advantage of Roberto's culinary skills on the first day, and it was delicious. The beach was nice - if even a bit seaweed covered due to high seas during our stay - and we all enjoyed long walks along (and swims in) the ocean every day. The pool was clean, warm and uncrowded. The gym was brand new and deserted. The proximity to a local convenience store and a nice restaurant (Navios) was helpful - as were the drivers that the hosts connected us with, who were easy to book and communicate with. All-in-all a very pleasant vacation spot and one we will return to in the future.

We were very impressed by the size of condo. Amenities were great. View was spectacular. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at somewhere to stay with family.

Overall a great place to stay for a peaceful holiday but there are areas for improvement. The Not So Good: 1. The exhaust fan over the kitchen oven didn't work which made the 1st smell, Roberto wasn't able to fix it during my 6 days stay period. 2. The shower head was broken on the 2nd floor bathroom & I wasn't able to shower there at all ? 3. Water pressure is almost non-existent. Very inconvenient to even wash face. Specifically the kitchen sink has very minimal water flow. Positive: 1. Very safe and secured gated community. 2. The housekeeping maid is a very kind lady who pays attention to details. Make sure to tip her well for the work she does. 3. Perfect view of the ocean and the 3rd floor view is really extraordinary. 4. Easy beach access. 5. Very clear pool with a kids pool attached which was a plus for the kiddos. I will surely recommend the villa since I enjoyed my stay except a few minor things which can be overlooked. I left my iPods before leaving and Marty was kind enough to ship it back to the States, thank you Marty.

Other 5 star reviews are spot on. Views, property, owner communication, and onsite staff are absolutely excellent. Quieter area which our family of 6 appreciated yet a quick ride into downtown. Some tips from our trip: Uber is fully up now in Cancun and nearly as affordable as the Taxi rates. You can use the Sun Palace next door if you travel on larger day trips and they have preset transport options. It's a 2 minute walk. Sea Turtles at night are amazing and worth the late wait. The small store near by is a 10 minute walk and has excellent street tacos they make fresh inside the store. We loved this place and the owner was probably the most communicative we've had on VRBO. We'll be back!

This is a great place for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun, but who doesn't enjoy staying at crowded, expensive resorts. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to tropical storms, but we enjoyed spending time in this amazing beach house, and we plan to come back as soon as possible!

The location was just as described! Everything was clean and we had no problems checking in! We are looking forward to our next Cancun getaway and will definitely book this spot again!!

The property was cleaned and breathtaking

Our party of 5 thoroughly enjoyed Marty's condo. We stayed for 7 nights and didn't encounter any issues. This condo is immaculate, due to the daily cleaning staff. We cooked most nights and found everything we needed to prepare the meals. The unit is very modern and tastefully decorated. It was hot and humid most of our trip and the air conditioning handled it quite well. The three bedrooms are large, especially the master which is massive. Everyone found the beds comfortable, water pressure was good in the showers and there was plenty of hot water. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. We utilized the pool everyday which we noticed is maintained and cleaned every day, but spent most of the time on the beach. The lifeguard Franco will set you up with chairs and umbrellas. If he’s not there one of the security staff can take care of it (Vito). We had Roberto cook for us on our first night. He made delicious fajitas and several side dishes. It was enough to feed a small army and was extremely reasonable. We took a few trips to the grocery store (Chedraui) It is a very modern grocery store that has everything you need. We decided to take Taxi’s but a word of warning, they will try to take advantage of you. Always ask the price before you get in. They will try to grab your groceries and put them in the cab so you feel obligated to accept the ride. Every driver had a different price. We refused one ride and walked away and he came down 400 pesos. We plan on staying again

What a wonderful place to stay and a great experience. Great communication with the host ahead of time. Villa was very clean and cleaners came very regularly to tidy up,wash towels, etc. Great location if you want to not be in heart of the hotel and bar district. Was very quiet and peaceful. Strongly recommend using the recommended driver, Jose. Fair prices and very friendly. One time we were late for an outing and had to run outside and catch the first taxi we saw. Sure enough, the first one that came by was Jose. He got us there on time and when his cell service for taking a credit card payment wasn't working, he said don't worry, just pay me next time. In general, I'd recommend not renting a car in Cancun. Driving is a little crazy and taxis will always get you there quicker. Uber was unreliable in Cancun. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of the cook they also have at the Villas but wish we had. Thanks Marty, for a great stay. If we return to Cancun, we will return here! Eric and Peggy.

We enjoyed our stay at Marty's villa. It's in a great location right by the beach. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. If you have small children, you might want to keep an eye on them while climbing the stairs. We'll be happy to stay at this place again
