Breakwater Beach Pad was beautiful and better even than I expected! The condo had everything we needed and was very family friendly. My kids enjoyed the sand toys and the 3D movies, and my husband and I enjoyed the beach chairs and the views!! It was very clean and very comfortable. Everyone in the complex and in the area was very nice and friendly. The grounds of the complex were beautiful and the beach is so convenient and clean. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to go back!

Communication was great! My Husband & I needed a weekend away and this condo was everything we were looking for! The property was so clean & steps from the beach. Condo was beautifully decorated & equipped for all needs. Took the comfy beach chairs provided & the Murphy bed was very comfortable! We’ll re visit again!

This unit is perfect for a couple. The location was wonderful for enjoying the beach and all that Oceanside offers, while being away from the crowds of the pier area. The condo was immaculately clean and well-furnished. The owner always responded to our messages within a short time. We will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful long weekend! Loved the condo (couch and mattress could use an upgrade) Unfortunately the elevators were out of service. The upgrades in the condo are very nice and tasteful! For the most part things were great!

Great location, many amenities onsite. Awesome views. Parking is tight if you’re driving a larger vehicle plus you can’t back in, which is stupid.

I cannot express enough just how wonderful this condo was. Absolutely perfect for two people just trying to get away for a little while. Everything from the incredibly short walk to the beach, the amazing hospitality and problem solving of the host, the amenities in the condo and in the facilities, the shops and restaurants near by, the view of the ocean and beach from the room, ALL OF IT. I can go on and on about everything this booking has to offer. Absolutely coming here again. Thank you so much to the wonderful host. Perfect. 10/10!!!

It took us a minute to locate the elevator which was helpful when hauling suitcases to the room. Loves the view from the room and the balcony. Furniture was nice too. The balcony faces the street so some slight noise comes from there but not bad. The view and updated room was nice. The Murphy bed was also surprisingly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
