Luxury Beachfront 2 Bedroom/2 bath penthouse paradise!

Ocean view and very clean. Would diffidently recommend staying here.

Tina has thought of everything. The condo is beautiful and has a wonderful view of the gulf. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean.

We had a wonderful stay. This was one of the cleanest and most well equipped condos we have stayed in. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The balcony and view was also great. The worst part of our trip is we had to go home.

Tina’s home was very well stocked and clean. I can tell she puts thought into making it welcoming and comfortable. She really did think of just about everything. Washer and dryer in the unit made it easy for us to throw in a few loads when needed—no need to use the community ones downstairs. I liked being on the end of the 11th floor so we didn’t have to share walls on both sides. Even so, we never heard anyone on the other side of us. The view was great, and both bedrooms had a nice view. There is a restaurant across the street as well as two ice cream shops, which the kids thought was great. The beach in front of the property was less crowded than the adjacent high rise property. My only gripe is that the beach service takes up so many of the prime spaces, but I guess that’s par for the course on this part of the island. The indoor and outdoor pool were also popular with the kids. Thanks for the great stay! I’d come again.

The property was just as described and TIna was wonderful with communication. We have stayed at Perdido Sun a couple times now, but this unit is definitely my favorite now.

We had a wonderful family vacation and stay at Perdido Sun. Tina's unit was exactly as expected, with all the amenities we needed. Tina was easy to get in touch with and got back to us quickly about the few questions we had for her. We would definitely stay here again!

Pictures do this place no justice! Gorgeous place! They have a lot of what you need. We were able to see dolphins every day from the balcony. Beds are extremely comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo at Perdido Sun. It was conveniently located and had great access to the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. In addition, the beds were very comfortable. Tina also was great at communicating with us about an early check-in and change of dates. I would highly recommend this condo and we will be back!

As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. The property was clean, fresh and beautiful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking everytime I stepped out. In mornings we saw dolphins! The kitchen is stocked with TONS of accessories and pantry staples. We look forward to staying at this property in the future.

Very comfortable beds, convenient location within the building, great view, food and shopping directly across the street. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Very happy with our stay.
