Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not at all happy with my stay the carpets were old. I stuck a nail in my foot on the carpet. It needs a new mattress in the master bedroom It sags in the middle The shower needs to be safer. There’s no handrails and the tub is slick. We saw bugs in the kitchen cabinets and the refrigerator doesn’t keep food very cold. No chairs on the beach reserved and I was told they would be.

All of the furniture should be replaced. A/c works well as does all of the appliances.

Reviewer Comments: Aqua is a very nice condo that is in the perfect location for shopping, dining and hanging out at the beach. The views from our 23rd floor condo was amazing! Especially liked being able to choose the exact room we were going to stay in. We very much appreciated the text to let us know the codes to get into the condo and parking garage. The staff had a quick response to anything that we asked them via text messaging. I will definitely recommend this condo.
