Luxury Bay Front Condo in Mid Town Ocean City with Pool

We have stayed at this condo two years in a row. We absolutely love this condo and Micheal is a phenomenal host. We hope to be able to return to this condo in the future for our yearly family vacations.

The condo was clean and beautiful, overlooking the bay. The pool also overlooked the bay which was an amazing experience while swimming. The location was ideal as it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and activities. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing, super clean, was furnished beautifully, and has amazing views from the balcony. It was everything we could ask for during our vacation.

Beautiful would stay again

Beautiful view of mountains and lake. Calm quiet serenity on deck outside with birds in pine tree overlooking water. Bedroom downstairs great window views and great when one does not want to be climbing up and down stairs. Upstairs 3 beds great views. Grilled steaks on propane grill. Kitchen well stocked. The 3 of us were pleased??

2 major restaurants outside of the door! Boats galore to watch in the bay! Awesome place to stay with so many things you need available...and the owner is so kind! There wasn't anything we didn't like except the fact we could have used another 2 weeks? at the beach!

The accommodations were comfortable and the views fantastic, but the cabin is in desperate need of a deep cleaning top to bottom. It just felt run down. We didn't use the table and chairs outside because it was filled with pine needles , spiders and spider webs, also the bushes blocked that great view of the lake. The only bed big enough for a couple to sleep is upstairs in the queen bed. . With a little effort in updating the small appliances, cookware, cooking utensils in the kitchen, the lighting in the living room and the linens .... this cabin could have great potential. After speaking with the management company upon my return, I'm sure they will make the necessary cleaning and updates it desperately needs. The cabin is within walking distance to the marina where you can rent boats and paddle boards. They also had 2 fishing poles to use so that you could fish off of the bank. All in all it was a good trip.

The property was in a great location, close to restaurants/ bars. The condo itself was great, very roomy and quiet. The beds were comfortable and all appliances worked great. We had zero issues. Sitting on the back deck relaxing watching the boats go by was probably the best part of the vacation.

You’re not going to find a better spot this cabin! Right on the lake, fantastic views. However, the property was in dire need of upkeep and updating. For example, there’s no dishwasher, which means the plates and silverware and items in the kitchen have never been thoroughly washed in the dishwasher with scolding hot water. Bathrooms are severely dated, beds were old and lumpy, etc. As great as a location was, I would suggest they spend some of the profits back into the cabin to update it and make it a place that you don’t resist returning to at the end of a fun day of the week.

We had a good time over the long weekend to spend in ocean city at mikes place. The apartment was nice and clean, tastefully decorated in a beach theme, kids called it cozy. We got some bad weather but made most watching movies, playing games and being together as a family. Mike is a wonderful and highly responsive host. He also left some goodies in fridge and water which was very helpful next morning - thank you Wonderful place for family of 4 and we would visit again Thanks
