Luxury Art Filled Condo on Dickson St. with Unbelievable Views of Fayetteville

Beautiful condo in the heart of the restaurant/bar/entertainment district of Fayetteville. Every possible thing you might need, it has! Great communication, clean, safe...super easy! We parked on Friday and didn't need our car until we left on Sunday. You can walk EVERYWHERE! It was a perfect weekend on the Hill! Highly recommend this property!

We had an excellent stay due to the convenient location and cleanliness of the property. There’s a great view to the east from the balcony and plenty to explore within walking distance.

The property was spotless! Gorgeous view, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and beautifully decorated! Loved the art!

Beautifully furnished space with unique, classic and interesting pieces. This was so much more than staying in a generic but newly furnished place. Extremely clean and perfectly maintained. Great location and view.

There were shops and restaurants and everything at the University of Arkansas and the adorable downtown were well within walking distance. The location was fabulous and the space was just absolutely lovely! Great layout in the beautiful studio loft and having a covered, safe, parking spot with close direct easy access to the condo was wonderful. Could not have been better!

I stayed here while we had my son’s orientation at U of A. Location couldn’t be beat and it was a comfortable place to relax after a long day of information and walking up all the hills. Loved being able to walk to get dinner and enjoyed the wonderful views.

Perfect for two people and always nice to stay on Dickson. We have previously stayed at this property and will definitely stay again.

My son and I traveled to Fayetteville to visit my daughter at UArk. The location of this condo is unbeatable, loved the interiors, the well-planned layout, and the safety of the building. My son took the couch which was comfy, but wish there was a blow up mattress or something. Not a hindrance by any means. Planning to book again!

Top notch condo and location. Came to visit my son for the weekend and couldn't have asked for a better fit. Great location, easy parking, very clean and well stocked. Didn't have to get out of my pajamas for coffee in the morning, as coffee and creamer provided for the stay. Will def stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights & found the space to be very comfortable. We did hear the music at night, but it didnt stop us from getting a good nights sleep. Would stay here again if visiting Fayetteville in the future.

Around 40 minutes from the airport. Central to college nightlife! Train a block away that does blow its horn regularly. I would say that the apartment is a large tall loft space with the bedroom in the same room as the living room. It's cute, stylish and original. Gorgeous tall windows, with big views yet no blackout shades! This definitely, affected my quality of sleep.

It's close to everything! The space is clean, inviting and convenient. We had coffee viewing the sunset both days from the balcony. The reserved parking is very nice! We will definitely stay here again!

Condo was beautiful, easy to access, and in the most perfect location for a Family Weekend visit! Right in the heart of Dickson action and walkable to campus. You can hear the students and families having fun below but the recommendation of ear plugs was helpful… hard not to be in the heart of it all and not hear it:).

Everything you need and then some! Great view of Dickson St from the balcony. Very secure. Donna, owner, was very responsive when we had issue with someone parked in our reserved parking spot. Thank you for sharing your amazing property. We will definitely try to stay here again.
