Luxury Apartment with 1 bed directly opposite the beach, including beach set up!

This place was so close to everything would definitely stay here again.

Don't tell many people about this place.If many people find out how great it is I may not be able to book it again so easily!Wow.I've been going to the Florida beaches for over 60years,stayed hundreds of nights and this place is unique in many ways.Very clean,nicely decorated and all the comforts of home.A balcony with comfortable rocking chairs that overlook the beach and is never in direct sunlight.Only about 3 minutes from our door to water's shore!Beach chairs and umbrella come with the unit so no need to haul all that stuff around.Lots of value for a fraction of the money you could spend and the owners will be there for you if you might need them.Ssshhh-Keep this to yourself!

This place is exactly as described, reasonably priced and right across from the beach! It's also near other public beaches, very convenient and loved being able to see the ocean!

This condo was a treasure. A great view with easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and updated, in good condition, and nicely decorated. Everything was available for a wonderful vacation. Cudos to the owners!!

We had a great stay at this condo. Owner was very easy to communicate with & prompt . Very easy for not being on the beach itself. Would stay again.

It was wonderful last year and again this year. The only thing I would add is that it does include a hairdryer since I looked and couldn’t find it in the listing.

Malcolm and Bill’s place is small, but very beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable! It is always a pleasure to stay there…and I’ll do so again!!! Joanne

Condo was perfect for my husband and I great location just a walk across the street to the beach with chair service provided at the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance that were delicious. A great walking path right in front of the condo that goes into Destin. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo building and we would definitely stay again!

Only problem was mattress needs to be replaced. Also, tv in bedroom is way to small.

The property was perfect for our needs. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony admiring the beautiful ocean view. The host was very responsive and went over and above to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend…
