Stayed Apr 10, 2025The property was nice and the location was pretty good. Our unit wasn’t that clean or current. I’d say the deco, to the appliances could use an upgrade and a dishwasher would be nice.

Stayed Jul 16, 2024It was well kept, had everything needed, even a bottle of wine welcoming you! Pool was just steps away. It was close to restaurants, shops, gas station/convenient store. Gary was a fantastic host and communicated very well. Highly recommended and will certainly stay there again.

Stayed Nov 4, 2023This rental could not have been any better. It's walking distance to several restaurants, steps away from the pool, and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The unit was very clean and perfect for our stay on Marco Island.

Stayed Apr 8, 2023We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location in walking distance to some excellent restaurants. Nice garden and patio right outside our door and we had a view of the ocean. We could walk right out our patio door and it was just a few steps to the pool area. Condo was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag.

Stayed May 31, 2022Great location for short beach trip. You can buy chairs and an umbrella on the beach. You can also buy food and drinks on the property. Gary stayed in communication with me and answered my questions quickly. I would stay there again. (There is not a washer or dryer on the site.)

Stayed Jan 22, 2022A beautiful property and very convenient location. Overall a very nice condo. It was difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower.
