we will not be back. Me and my husband wanted a nice vacation away with our friends for our anniversary but upon arrival, security at front is very rude . We pulled up to the door so I could get out to check in &we were told to move up although no one else was there And they got us to circle around again to basically the same spot. The room was nothing like the pictures I seen online but I couldn’t really complain about the cleanliness just that a lot of stuff seemed to be old/outdated. The dish washer would leak if you used it on a heavy load and the washing machine did not work for 1 of the units, this was something that really disappointed me as we had children and a total of 9 during our stay so it would’ve been beneficial to have both washing machines. Only 1 remote worked for all tvs to be able to watch any Netflix which was very aggravating. Maintenance was very rude and invading of privacy as they came multiple times within the same day to “fix” issues but would knock maybe once and walk straight in and not give enough time to answer the door and never even fixed the issues. They came 4 days out of the 5 we were there “fixing” stuff. Thermostat had constant issues of not working and causing condensation on floors making it wet and slippery and HOT. Fire alarm went off for no reason. HUGE water leak behind fridge from ice maker randomly broke/busting floodin out room, took forever getting maintenance up to stop the leak while we got what we could with towels/blankets

It was a great family vacation. The condo was nice, well equipped, and clean. We were busy with all it had to offer, and being on the beach made it absolutely perfect! Would definitely recommend for all ages. We will be back.

should check remotes and wash machine.Could use a better cleaning,also batteries for keycard should have been checked

This was a last minute booking due to the hurricanes on the west coast of Florida. I wish the owner had communicated that the large pool with the lazy river was going to be closed. Every day there was constant jackhammer noise. I understand that it’s off season and repairs need to be made but if we had known, we would have booked elsewhere. When we arrived, we had no hand towels or washcloths. I was told to look under the sink in the bathrooms, but the handles were broken off so I had to pry them open with a knife and there were none in there. There was no hot water for two days, then we were told to let the shower run about 15-20 minutes before showering. The water did get hot after that, but it was very inconvenient to do with five women! The condo really needs to but updated and deep cleaned. The microwave has rust inside, which is dangerous. The bed in the efficiency apartment is broken down. Sags in the middle. The two accent chairs in the living room were nasty dirty. The balcony needs cleaning as well. Save yourself the aggravation and book elsewhere.

My family stayed here this weekend for one of my son’s birthdays and we had a blast. We literally didn’t drive anywhere because everything is in walking distance. Beautiful views, awesome amenities. It was perfect!

Great Resort with plenty of room for everyone. Downfall was no place to get soda or snacks once we got there at 4:00AM

The property was perfect for a larger group that needed a place to basically sleep and relax in the mornings before being out all day. Had a maintenance issue that was resolved within 30 minutes of me contacting them. Only things I would say needed a little more attention would be double checking the furniture/doors because we had a couple chairs that had been broken before our arrival and the door to the washer/dryer came off the track due to the bracket breaking when we opened the door. Also, more extra blankets and pillows for the pullout couch. Made them aware of the issue so hopefully it is fixed.

Everything about the condo was exactly as described. The view, outstanding! The location, again outstanding! There were, however, a few things that could’ve improved the visit. The kitchen needed potholders, and a hot pad! Difficult to cook food in the oven with no mitts! Several items needed new batteries, such as the wall clock and the remote control. And finally the front two bedrooms need blackout curtains as the hall lights stay on all night long for a difficult sleep. Other than those items everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this unit
