Luxury 4th Floor Oceanfront Condo at North Beach Resort & Villas

To start off, upon arriving to the room I was amazed by the beautiful condo and how spacious it was. My family was excited about it when they arrived as well. The view from the balcony was great however they were doing maintenance on the indigo towers and the railing was covered with plastic so you couldn't see the view while sitting down. However my family had a great time anyway. Hopefully we can do it again next year. I would like to say that the host was very attentive when being contacted on various questions. He even contacted me when one of the key cards was found in the parking garage. I was able to get it back before the end of the week. Thank you so much.

The condo was very nice and as it was portrayed online. The only negative I could say was that the floors wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future!

Check-in was very smooth and since it was not on site not very crowded. We were provided with all the pool passes, key cards and towel cards we needed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the gas stove was a plus for us. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms for every bedroom were perfect. The pools at North Beach are great for families and very well maintained. Being on the fourth floor was great. Finding parking on the fourth level was pretty easy and access to the floor was simple. If elevators were busy, which happened when the pool was closed for an incoming storm, the walk up to the fourth floor wasn't all that bad.

Awesome spot for our Family vacation with our 4 adult children and their significant others! The condo was the perfect layout and one of the best locations within the resort! Pool area was so fun and the beach was not too crowded in mid June. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, view was great. The media room was a nice bonus for keeping everyone happy yet still together. Love that there was plenty of seating to eat together as well. So close to the grocery, mini golf, and barefoot landing with lots of restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to book again for next year!

Property was beautiful, our condo needed some cleaning, the master bed was broken (the slats were missing so my 82 y/o father fell through in the middle of the night), the washer didnt work which I verified the unit had one and told all 14 of us to pack light, and no bedding for the pull-outs. One of them actually had diety bedding still on it. The property was beautiful abd it would have been worth the money had those things not been out of order. The washer couldnt be fixed, and the only option was to go down 2 floors and use another units washer but it had mold all in it and made our clothes smell bad. We had no choice but to wash our towels in it as they only give you 2 per person. We probably wouldnt stay again for the cost.

Loved the room. The few minor issues we had were addressed quickly and with no issues. Floors were a bit dirty but not a major concern. Al in all 5/5. Will probably stay here again.

This was our third trip to North Beach Plantation towers. Still ideal location with everything you need for an ocean front room. With all the amenities to satisfy everyone in your party.

We loved staying in the condo, the bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone privacy, while the large living room and dining area gave us plenty of space to all be together.

Home is exactly as advertised! Beautiful condo and grounds. Alittle disappointed in the condition of the home. Cleaning people need to be more thorough Overall, great time.

We loved seeing the snow from our condo balcony! We enjoyed our snowbird visit again and consider ourselves lucky to have Jason respond so quickly when things needed to be repaired in the condo. To show our appreciation, we added some items for the next guests. Examples: new throw pillows for the couch, books, mixing and storage bowls, paper towels, cleaning supplies, blankets, flower vases, a roasting pan, and movies. Hope future guests enjoy their visit as much as we did.

Our rental experience was absolutely outstanding! First of all, we thought the advertised photos for the accommodations and scenery were nice and inviting. But when we saw the condo, we realized the actual furnishings and layout were far better than the advertised photos. Sooooo much room for family time (we loved the open kitchen area in the middle of the condo), and also complete privacy for the me time required for vacations. The property was many times more exquisite than advertised. Spacious - yet cozy; private - yet full of opportunities for family fellowship. Second of all, the iTrip Vacation North Myrtle Beach property management office directions, guidelines, communication, prompt responses, and overal TLC were excellent; there was no confusion whatsoever. Thirdly and most impressive, the maintenance crew and their response time (both via text and dispatch) was simply outstanding. We especially appreciated the family care provided by Jason - who not only responded to our maintenance requests expediently and with courtesy and ease, but he went the extra mile to recommend excellent places to eat. I've never experienced such TLC from other property management offices, and I applaud them for setting the bar very high. Thank you for the part you played in making our family vacation one of the most memorable to date.

Not as nice and new as i imagined based on the pics, but it was good. More like a staying in a hotel vs a home. Towels were low quality, barely enough utensils, appliances are old, cleaning supplies were minimal.

The condominium is very spacious. The view is great.

This property was in a great location and had lots of amenities. However, upon arrival there was lots of sand on the floors and popcorn kernels on the couches along with some other cleaning issues. I tried contacting the host on VRBO and was instructed to contact the check in (Itrip) people instead. Needless to say by the time all this transpired it was longer than 24 hours and they would not send anyone back to clean. I had to clean the unit myself and for the amount of money we payed to stay here for the week I was not very happy.

The condo was large & beautiful, the pools & beach access were awesome. Eleven of us stayed & had plenty of space. It was nice to be able to have breakfast along with snacks, sandwich items in the condo & we cooked in a couple nights. It seemed odd there wasn't some basic spices like salt & pepper, onion & garlic salt/powder. I can't imagine those before us didnt have them & leave them as we purchased these items & barely used them. It seemed like the cleaning company must be directed to clear out these items. We left them so I hope the next renters are able to use them. The Food Lion is close but the property van won't take you there so you end up using uber a lot! The property doesn't have ANY type of convenience store so providing a ride over to Food Lion would be helpful. Note to the property - you would make a killing just having basic items like sunscreen, small spices/condiments, soap, etc. SC doesn't allow any alcohol delivery so even though you can get groceries delivered you still have to go to the store for adult beverages. NMB is a beautiful place & we made forever memories! I would visit again for sure!
