Stayed Jul 8, 2025The property was very nice and clean. It had plenty of room to accommodate my family of 15. I would suggest it being posted in the condo somewhere that you are not allowed to leave your beach wagon/toys outside the door.

Stayed May 8, 2025We were really impressed with this condo. It was super functional for our family vacation with several adults and a toddler. The kitchen was very well stocked for big family dinners. All the bedrooms were large enough to move around. Beds were comfortable and it had high quality linens. Complex was nice and pools were clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking too. We would highly recommend!

Stayed May 18, 2024Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! Was able to check in 1 hour early since my parents flight was early and spoke with SoLux and worked it out with no issue. Had enough room in the common areas for our family of 8 adults, 2 kids (3yo and 4yo), and 1 baby. The unit was very clean and had appropriate supplies to clean if wanted. Would suggest more/better cookware in the kitchen. If it is going to say, sleeps 16, should have better cookware (ex. bigger/more cookie sheets). Would also suggest labeling cabinets; with so many people in & out of the kitchen, getting stuff put back where everyone could find it would be helpful. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillow options. The bunk room was fun for my son, but there was minimal space in the 3 non-main rooms to put our stuff (no dressers). If the bunk room is to sleep 6 technically, there would be no room to put anyone's suitcase with one small closet. Would have been perfect for our family if there was one less bed in that room with room for a pack-n-play in there. (I know these are specific to our family/stay; could very easily work well for somebody else there). We loved the lazy river, water slide, and ease of obtaining/using the beach chair service; very kind. Did not have to use the front office much, but had a good experience at check in. Overall, it was great for everyone to have their own space, but able to come together in the common area as well! Would recommend to others.
