Great and clean condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First floor blues on this home. We were unable to see beach from this home which was quite irritating. Several phone calls during arrival to get correct codes for door;elevator and beach gate which is irritating. Several issues with pilots and pans; blinds not closing, banister on porch broken. Please do better.

We had a wonderful winter stay - complete with snow on the beach! The property was exactly as listed - perfect size, excellent location, and easy access to the beach. Only downside was the unit below (on the ground level) was under construction. That caused a lot of noise - making the porch unusable. We also had construction workers on ladders that could see over the porch and also into our windows - very uncomfortable. Definitely wish we had been told about this. Otherwise, things were great

Prompt response and fixed! Then discovered dishwasher wasn’t working. Benchmark again quickly responded and fixed it. House itself was okay but definitely wouldn’t rent again We were there for the beach and that was great but had to get up on picnic table top to see the beach! Floors had areas that need to be fixed-splintered Master closet threshold/step down needs to be addressed too - stubbed toe twice. Master shower filthy House not great for small kids; lots of sharp edges(sofa table, bunk beds etc). The house layout was good and allowed privacy to individual couples. Pool in front was awesome. Lots of beach to pool trips for kids. Plenty of parking and lots of privacy. Private beach area a major plus! All in all would definitely recommend this place to others. Location is centrally located to grocery stores and restaurants some within walking distance.

We called to have the fridge filter changed on the day we got there--were promised next day service. Never showed the entire week. There were also some bugs in unit--caterpillar type things.

We really enjoyed this house and its location. The easy access to the beach was perfect for our group to be able to run back up to the house for meals or any item we may have left at the house. The house was very spacious and clean. From the booking to the checking-in/out process was so easy and convenient as well. We highly recommend this property for a great vacation spot and we will definitely be back.

You cannot beat the view of walking in the unit and seeing the Gulf through the back windows. It is also a very short walk from the unit to the beach. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the unit. Would definitely rent this unit again.
