Stayed Dec 27, 2025This unit is spectacular. Amazing views, great layout, and space for the whole crew. The amenities of the Hyatt Vacation Club and Regency are excellent as well. We had a great time, and renting with Rick was smooth sailing as well.

This particular 3-bdr and top floor location is the best in the building! Rick and team were super responsive and it was smooth sailing from beginning to end. Thanks again!

Stayed Dec 31, 2022We, a family of 11, spent Christmas and New Years at Rick’s place this year….2022! We had a fantastic holiday! First of all the location is perfect…..pretty much at the bottom of Kaanapali, so fewer tourists! The unit itself is quite spacious, and offers a spectacular viewing lanai! We found ourselves there every morning enjoying coffee and watching the whales perform! The concierge desk was amazing with getting reservations for us. Certainly took the guesswork out of the whole experience! There is so much to do and never enough time! Hawaii always beckons…..our time spent at Rick’s was magical!

Stayed Dec 26, 2021My husband & I, our two sons and their families (which include five girls ranging from 8 1/2 to 3 1/2) stayed for eight days. The condo was everything and more!! We were extremely comfortable and the communication with the front desk was top notch!! We will definitely be back and look forward to staying in the condo!! Thank you Rick for providing such a comfortable condo for our family.

Stayed Dec 21, 2019Rick's condo was the ideal place for our family! The condo was spacious and comfortable, and the views were incredible. The check-in process was smooth, and everyone was courteous and helpful. The gym, lobby, the beach and nearby restaurants and shopping were a major perk. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked several meals during our 2 weeks stay. Rick was very responsive whenever I messaged him. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would definitely stay there again!
