You will have access to our outdoor private patio, an urban oasis, featuring a sectional sofa and seating with a gas grill. Great for entertaining. We consider this one of our favorite spots! Union Park is also a stooping neighborhood, so we like to "stoop" on the front steps too overlooking the park! Two adult bikes with helmets available for your use.
This unit has it all and will offer you an experience not available in any hotel as you will enjoy living in the South End neighborhood.
Getting Around - The Orange Line Back Bay stop of the "T" and AMTRAK is just a few minutes walk from our home, and there are multiple MBTA bus stops for various lines very nearby (silver line and#43). There is also a Hubway bike rental station a block from our place, too. This is a great way to see the city!
Parking Options -
On Street - Metered parking is available throughout the neighborhood which runs from 8:00am - 8:00pm then becomes free until 8:00am the next day.
Parking Garages - several available within walking distance in the neighborhood.
If you are arriving from the airport, it will cost you approximately $25. You can also take the Silver Line (MBTA) to South Station which is free, then transfer to Silver Line which heads into the South End.

The property was gorgeous; the neighborhood was fantastic, and the owners were super helpful and readily available!
We had a wonderful visit to Boston and loved this brownstone. The location is in a quiet south end neighborhood but with happening restaurants and bars a short stroll away. Our family of five was very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. The accommodation was clean and very attractive and our host, Stacy, was extremely gracious and helpful. We felt like we “lived” like Bostonians for the week- which was definitely the good life!
Lovely home in a great neighborhood. Owners were responsive.
The property was lovely with a great backyard. Great for a family as long as you don’t mind the stairs. The owners could not have been nicer.
The owners are helpful and responsive. Their home is beautiful, clean and located in a quiet and charming neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home!
Stacy was a wonderful host and their home was lovely. They were extremely helpful with anything that we needed. If you are looking to stay in Boston, but with all the comforts of home, definitely consider this property.
We booked this house for a family vacation in Boston. The house is absolutely beautiful and it is in a great location. It is convenient to public transportation to go to the harbor area or other touristy sites, and there are numerous restaurants, shops, parks and stuff to do in the neighborhood. We had our three dogs with us, and it was great. Most restaurants in the area are dog friendly and there is a dog park nearby. The house has a super nice private patio in the back and we very much enjoyed it. Our hosts were very flexible with complex international travel arrangements, and provided all kinds of help moving us in, navigating the neighborhood and helped us feel comfortable. On the not so good side of things, it is impossible to park in the neighborhood. It is all resident parking and very limited 2-hour parking. Our hosts suggested parking in a nearby elementary school, because we were there in the middle of the summer school vacation... of course, that may not be possible at other times of the year. Another thing that may or may not be important to you is the stairs... the house is in 3 floors, which makes it very cool and charming, but the stairs can be considered steep. The master bedroom, which is frankly luxurious, is in the 3rd floor. We wanted our parents to stay in the master bedroom as they were celebrating their 50th anniversary, but they decided against it to avoid any potential accident. All in all though... AWESOME!
Feels like you're an instant Boston native, living on a beautiful street in a beautiful house! Stacy was so welcoming and helpful, and had lots of info and tips about the house, neighborhood and city. We walked and Ubered and found this location a great central spot, 20 minute drive at the most to all the places we wanted to go. Loved walking the dog around the neighborhood streets and meeting all the friendly people! Thanks so much!
