The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two custom-built triple bunks (double on bottom, twin on top), providing versatile and fun sleeping arrangements for families or groups.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming space to gather, relax, and enjoy your stay. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation effortless, while the living area invites you to unwind after a day at the beach. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy refreshing sea breezes and stunning coastal views.

Each bedroom offers a private retreat with thoughtful touches, and the 3½ bathrooms provide convenience and comfort for all guests. Just steps from the beach, this home combines easy access to the sand with stylish interiors and premium amenities, making it an ideal destination for memorable family vacations or group getaways. From sunrise coffee on the balcony to sunset walks along the shore, this condominium delivers a truly unforgettable experience.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. NO Golf Carts allowed at all

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
