You are booking by “property type” and will receive our best rates and availability.  Please make any special requests regarding specific units, bedding configurations, desired views, or other needs at the time of booking. The Aspen Mountain Residences charges a $40/night resort fee and a $40/night parking fee (if you have a car) that would be payable directly to the resort at checkout.

***The Hyatt Grand Aspen ONLY rents luxury units at a 5-night minimum Sunday-Sunday or Saturday-Saturday. First and third-floor residences rent Saturday to Saturday. Second and fourth-floor residences are available from Sunday to Sunday.
