We stayed at this property for 5 days and we love it. Location, room clean, it’s has everything you need in the apartment. The amenities were good. Staff very nice, with multiple pools, very convenient for little kids and big kids. Definitely coming back for Summer.

Great location and options for entertaining

Enjoyable stay. They were redoing the floors so the materials were in the bedroom. The furniture was also different than listed. Overall, very nice space and enjoyed the amenities.

Clean room , great view

Ocean Walk was nice. The Condo had dirty carpeting. Weather was terrible. What made that much worse was the TVs were disconnected on our second day. When they were restored with a new cable setup, we were given only one remote to use on two TVs. The WiFi wasn't available and never was repaired. They actually told me they had talked to me and I told them that it worked. That was incorrect. While eating lunch at a restaurant, they called me and I informed them I was leaving a day early because of the poor room condition. When we got back, they were attempting to clean the room even though it was two days before our stay was over. We should have been given a partial refund for the lack of WiFi that was one of the main reasons I booked that condo on VRBO. I'll never stay there again in the future.

Great experience

Gorgeous oceanfront condo in the best Daytona Beach resort.

Cons: The carpet is filthy, which constantly gave us the icks. We moved some chairs around to create some visually cleaner spaces. It was gross.The cooking apparatus was the absolute lowest quality, like 3 super thin tin skillets, the 3 for 9.99 set. The largest was so damaged it was not useable. The 2nd smallest wasn't usable after cooking on it one time. One of the 2 sauce pans was bent so the lid didn't fit. I rang Mr. McMinimum to get a new set, never heard back.The place is super dated and in disrepair. Coffee table broken, lamps broken, appliances rusty, NO SMART TVs . . . cable only. Used the On Demand feature as some reprieve. Counters laminate. Garbage Disposal didn't work, but I just tried the reset button and thankfully that resolved, so 2 days no disposal.I was very tempted to ask for a partial refund . . . I was so put off by the cooking situation and the carpet, but my husband went and got us some better cookware . . . things got better from there.Pros:-Comfortable beds-View from the room-Starbucks coffee in the lobbyLots of potential, but this place needs a serious facelift. Absolutely not worth the price they charged.

From checkin to checkout we really enjoyed our stay. The checkin process was very smooth and the parking was accessible. The unit was clean and there was everything you’d need for simple meals. The amenities of the resort are great. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Even tho we had no kids with us on this trip, this is a great place for families!

The pictures are prettier than the actual condo itself. View was spectacular. Carpet was very dirty. Couch is very uncomfortable. Coffee table is broken. Bedroom is not on the water as it appears to be in pictures. It is next to the hallway where you can hear people walking by. TVs were very small. The condo could use a good updating.

My kids loved the little nooks upstairs. Very comfortable and clean. By shopping and restaurants. And great communication from landlord. We accidentally booked one night And she was accommodating to let us stay another night. At a fair price.

Excellent place, well kept and easy to get downtown

Check in was very easy and organized. Unit was clean, smelled very clean. The carpet did have some stains. Pools are nice but hard to get a pool chair. People from other units would take towels out early in the morning to reserve the chairs even though it was posted not to do so. However, this is not the owners fault. King bed was comfortable, bedroom was a a great size. We didn't cook but the kitchen is equipped well. I would like to say again, this unit was very clean which is one of my biggest requirements. Kuddos to the cleaning service that was used! The with the owners/management was great. Response time was quickly. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This was an amazing place to stay. Right on the beach and clean!
