We have stayed at the Ocean Walk a few times and really like how close it is to everything in Daytona. Would definitely recommend.

The views from this property were beautiful and the unit was clean and set up pretty well for the limited space available. The location was easy to access the pool, beach, shops, etc. - just don't expect a peaceful quiet stay, because there's nowhere to fully escape the noise. Even with cold weather, the outdoor pool lounge chairs were all full right away and beach gets crowded as soon as the sun comes out. Some people may love that scene - not us. The outdoor pools would be a lot of fun for kids or a younger crowd if it was warm weather, but when it was cold, it was disappointing as the hot tubs only allow those 16 and up to get in, and they were often overflowing with college aged kids, and the indoor pools weren't warm enough. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The couch pull out bed was missing several springs so if you sat on the end, you'd fall through. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but only had 1 bowl, 2 coffee cups, a few various plates and a sparse collection of silverware. The toilet would often take several flushes to work. That was disappointing for the price we paid, and having been to many VRBO's in the past, it's the little touches that make a big difference. Beware of the dryer. It caught and ruined my hoodie. Overall, it was a much nicer Daytona stay for our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teens) than you'd find elsewhere along the strip, but next time we'll opt out of the resort scene and look for something more quiet and peaceful.

This property is fantastic! Great location, beautiful resort pools, right on the beach! The unit is gorgeous and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. I only wish we had stayed longer! We had a great time.

Location was great. The pool and beach access were exactly what we were looking for.

I honestly feel any cleaning fees should be reimbursed to me. There were many things that I had to take care of myself. And upon leaving, I made sure to have everything cleaned up, washed and left it better than I found it. I have pictures of the things I found. Unacceptable if you need to see them.

Everything was as advertised

The condo was perfect! Clean, nice furniture, and an amazing view! The beds were comfortable. No issues at all, will definitely stay here again!

This room was great. It had everything for a nice weeks stay. The beds were harder thsn I like, but over all a nice room for the price. Loved making memories with my family and my first grandbaby.

Can’t say enough about this place! Condo location was absolutely perfect.. located right on the boardwalk, close to shops and restaurants (definitely recommend Dicks Last Resort). Ocean walk resort offered a lot of amenities compared to other hotels in the area. 4 pools, lazy river, 3 hot tubs, splash pad, slide (which I only seen running on Saturday) arcade and bars. They also have different events like DJ’s, bands, and karaoke.Condo was clean and exactly as pictured! Very well taken care of with it being so close to salt water. I would recommend adding more bath towels, we had a family of 6 but only 5 towels were provided. Which we in turn used the 2 provided beach towels. There also wasn’t a bath rug and that tile gets very slippery so we used a towel there as well.At first I was a little upset on the number of beach towels provided since it said they were provided, until I was walking back in from the beach one day and seen many condo beach towels left behind and being pulled out in the ocean. If families took responsibility to bring them back inside, then the next family will be able to enjoy them! But we just made a quick Walmart trip and bought some.I definitely recommend the location, the resort, the condo and owners! You will not be disappointed!

This was our first time staying at Ocean Walk and from start to finish our whole experience was fantastic! When we got to the unit it was super clean and inviting. All of the instructions for the unit were laid out perfectly for us. The resort is beautiful and the upgrades in this unit were top notch - especially the balcony view! The start up package of essentials was perfect so we did not need to rush and grab things right away. Communication with the owners was great and they were very lovely. We can't wait to come back!

Condo was okay but sure needs a deep clean. I think my wife and I cleaned more than the person getting paid to do it? Downtown Daytona Beach has seen its day also. I don't believe we'll stay here again.

Overall, the accommodation was in a great location and had everything that was listed in the description. We had some initial problems with the dishwasher and WiFi, but they were both fixed within 24hrs of our arrival. One of the biggest disappointments was that there was no hot water for the shower. Out of the 5 days we were there, we had one day of warm water to shower with. Kitchen supplies were limited and a bit worn, but they got the job done.If you're looking for an accommodation in the middle of the boardwalk and entertainment, this is a great option.

We had a wonderful time. The check in process was seamless. The staff was hospitable. It was located by fun shops and restaurants. Our kids really enjoyed the experience!

Very well maintained property. The pools are nice and hot tubs we hot and bubbly. Our room was as pictured and very comfortable, very quiet! The is nothing like watching the sunrise over the ocean

Beautiful condo, very clean and beautiful view. Stayed with 2 adults and a child for 3 nights and was plenty of room. Amenities ran out like toilet paper (1.25 rolls) and laundry detergent so be prepared to bring that especially with swimming in the ocean and pool. Just was so glad to have a washing machine in the condo. Had major trouble with shower water being cold however maintenance was called through contacting the host and came the following day (at night) which didn’t help. However water was restored to proper temp eventually. Host Continually questioned us not having hot water (very very defensive) however maintenance says it sometimes doesn’t get to the 14th floor immediately after non use. lol (Tell that to our screaming 3 year old) uggghh Just be prepared to call right away if something isn’t working they do respond. Beautiful view nice layout.easy parking and directly on beach and pool.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay here! We had our family of 5 along with another family that stayed in another unit in the same building. Plenty of things for the kids to do and the adults enjoyed it also. One suggestion is to add an oven mitt as we couldn't find one in the room. But otherwise, all basic kitchen needs were available and we were able to have simple meals and enjoy our time as a family.

We were down for a convention and I had the most incredible stay!The pools were fantastic, the room was just the perfect size, and I absolutely adored the kitchen and the stunning view. Plus, being close to everything made the whole experience even better. We parked the car when we got there (Friday) and did not have to move it until we left (Monday) because everything was so close and walking distance! Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway. Great for all ages my 1 and 2 year old had a blast in the splash pad and she kept calling it “our home” will definitely be staying here again!
