Stayed Feb 13, 2024Furnished in early yard sale vintage. Washing machine sounded like a jet taking off. Nowhere to charge your phone or other devices. The electrical outlets that were there were so old and worn out The plugs kept falling out. Bedroom TV did not work, but they did come up and fix it. this room was not worth the money that it cost. Don’t send me to Ocean view anymore especially the south tower.

Stayed Jul 12, 2023Location is everything and we did not travel from this vacation spot once we parked the car. Food and fun were within walking distance from our nice condo located on the11th floor which provided great views of the beach, sun rises, dolphins, fireworks and a rocket launch from Port Canaveral. The furnishings were sparce, but adequate for our stay as everything we needed was available. If I changed things I might put a small table on the porch, a door mat to catch some of the sand coming in, and thicker curtains to block the sun pouring into the place after sunrise. Again, not a new sleek place with elaborate furnishings, this is more of a good place to stay for relaxing in between runs to the beach, pools, hot tubs, or restaurants.

Stayed Jun 5, 2023The unit itself was adequate and great for the price. Kitchen well stocked with blender, taster, coffee maker. Loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. It did not have furniture seen on photos. Missing chair in living room seen in pics, no rug. I only mention this because of the possibility my mother was coming to visit and I chose this unit due to the recliner seen in pics that was not there during our stay. Unit was mostly clean, I found a few bugs and old sheet on fold out bed, trash behind couch that was visible when we opened sofa bed. Beds were not very comfortable but it was very quiet at night which was nice. Amenities make it worth it as there is a variety to do so it is a great place for families. Plenty of shade around the pool area makes it so nice to stay outside all day. Property itself is pretty outdated and overpopulated. Unfortunately, the pools closed several times due to kids pooping in pools during our stay, so hot tubs had over 25 people in them at times and lots of jumping and splashing. It's a great place for kids, just not ideal for peaceful or relaxing. Pool water was not clear. The bar and outdoor dining closed every time it rained so several nights we did not have option to eat there which is part of the reason I chose the property as well. Because it is a large condo, getting in and out with parking deck is time consuming, however, several restaurants are within walking distance. Just not fabulous when it's raining.
