Stayed Jun 24, 2025We stayed at the Ocean Walk a week before 4th of July for a dance competition. The beach, amenities and pool are amazing! There are lots of shops and restaurants in close proximity. Free parking at the resort.The condo itself left quite a bit to be desired. It hadn't been updated in several years, maybe 15 or 20. The carpet in the bedroom was very old. There was exposed electrical wiring above the dryer. The kitchen faucet would come on intermittently, if it was not in the correct position. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the closet door was not on the track and couldn't open or close. The walls and furniture were dirty. We did contact the hosts while we were there and they sent a maintenance man to put a new handle on the door and put the closet doors back on the track. This was a 3 trip process and probably took them a couple hours to fix the 2 items. Which honestly didn't do much for the situation but I at least appreciated the owners taking immediate action. Overall, it just needs some TLC and updating to bring it in to this century. We went into several other condos in the building that were owned both by ocean walk and third party owners, and our condo was by far the most inferior.

Stayed May 22, 2025The problems I had with our stay was a result of the resort’s success. Parking was almost impossible. You had to search and search for a spot to park. The noise while sitting on the balcony was loud and started at 8 o’clock in the morning and didn’t stop until 10 o’clock at night. However, the room was fine. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were exactly as promised.

Stayed May 15, 2025Awesome vacation as everything is right where you’re staying!! We even had free tickets to the Rockville fest & we ended up just staying at the resort because it was so nice-beach, pools-indoor/outdoor, arcade, shops n restaurants right out of the door of the 4th floor. Everyone was super nice. Cool vibes all the way!

Stayed Apr 30, 2025We loved our stay at this condo! Super easy check-in, hosts communicates very timely. Had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean and lots to do at the resort. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and shops! We would definitely stay here again!
