This townhouse has been completely remodeled and professionally redesigned in a modern beach style that makes it easy to enjoy your stay in the beautiful southern coast of California! This two-story townhouse features a large upstairs family room with a cozy fireplace, a large TV, comfortable seating, and a large, round game table. Bring along a couple of favorite games or use one of ours from the game cabinet and enjoy playing together! Ceiling fans, vented skylight, and windows circulate the refreshing ocean breeze to cool this vacation home. Sleep well in luxurious beds and linens to wake up refreshed for another day in a vacation paradise. The master bedroom features a small balcony with an ocean view. There is also a downstairs patio with dining seating and BBQ grill located off of the kitchen.

    Lovely. Great access to the beach. Nice kitchen. Great patio and bbq. Walked and used the free trolley everywhere we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable. Fun games. Overall great stay.

    Our 2nd year staying at this rental. We love the location in the heart of the town. 5 minute walk to beach or shops. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We also really enjoy the outdoor patio space. Bonus that it has parking for 3 vehicles if needed. I would highly recommend.

    Nice place... EXCELLENT LOCATION. This house is in the mix of all of the activity in San Clemente, in a good way. Right on Ave Del Mar, you can walk up to the shops just a few minutes away and shop/dine... or you can walk just a few minutes down to the beach! No more than a 7 minute walk either way takes you to the pier on the beach or up Ave Del Mar. If you don't want to walk, it's even better because the trolly picks up and drops off RIGHT in front of the house. Literally can't get a better location. People watching from the patio is great. Parking is a big deal, so having a 1 car garage AND enough driveway to park two more cars is a game-changer. We used the garage for our electric bikes and parked a full sized F250 and an SUV in the driveway in front of the garage. House was clean, no issues... a little strange that the living room is upstairs but honestly we did not even use it since we were out of the house most of the time so the living room is really like an extra bedroom. Kitchen downstairs and dining area/patio were great for cooking and hanging out.

    We were two families who came to the area for our daughter’s softball all star tournament. This location is right downtown, close to the beach, cute shops, restaurants and cafes. The place was perfect for us. The 2 couples had separation with the main bedroom being downstairs and the rest upstairs along with the living room and tv. It was perfect!!!
