Luxurious Townhouse on 30a! 6-Seat LSV, Beach, Pool, Walk to Shopping+Dining.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Check-in was simple with everything being sent via text/email. We really loved the golf cart and used to it go to dinner, the pool, and beach. We opted to use the beach access at Deer Lake State Park during our trip. It was less than a mile from the property with parking, restrooms, and a shower. There were several beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas, and beach toys in the garage for use, which was really nice. The pool is very nice as well. While we spent most of our time at the beach, we did enjoy sitting at the pool a couple of afternoons while having some drinks and hanging out. The only drawback to the pool area is that it opens late (10AM) and closed fairly early (6PM) so the kids didn’t enjoy night swims like they usually do while we’re on vacation. The townhome was very clean and had a nice beachy decor theme. The only minor thing that we noticed was the lack of sitting space in the living area. There is one small sofa and an arm chair, so there wasn’t really enough space for the entire family to relax and watch a movie or hang out comfortably. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and its proximity to several great places along 30A. We would stay here again.

We really loved our stay at this townhouse! It was beautiful and super clean, plenty of space for myself, husband and our 2 children. We loved how close the walk was to the swimming pool, It's literally right around the corner so easy with small kids. We spent alot of time at the pool! It was so nice to be able to walk across to the Big Chill for lunch, a coffee or to listen to love music at night. My son loved the arcade at the Big Chill, as well. The townhome had plenty of extras in the garage we were able to use so that was a great surprise. Bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys.. lots of things were there when we arrived. We also loved having access to the LSV to cruise down to the beach. I was concerned about the proximity to the beach because we usually stay right on the water but this was super easy! Just a quick ride on the LSV ad we were there so no regrets on that. The management were quick to respond with any questions and everything went super smooth! We would stay here again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. To make this a 5-star for me, it would have been best to have a vacuum and a washer/dryer that works and better toiletries and paper products. I like to clean the rental as we stay and I couldn’t do that without a vacuum, especially a beach rental! The dryer didn’t work well and the towels ruined most of the clothes due to excessive lint. Otherwise it was an awesome stay and I would rent again!

Home was great for our family of 4! Kids loved the golf card rides to the beach, days at the community pool and proximity to the big Chill.

Location was great. The golf cart made it easy to get around 30A - the big chill was perfect for our family to gather for dinner and grab breakfast in the morning!

We had the best time!! The unit was exactly as described and very clean. There were plenty of supplies available, all we needed was aluminum foil and a couple trash bags. The location was perfect — right by the entrance and the pool. The golf cart was in excellent condition and even had a speaker system to play music on. A manual would’ve been helpful but we got by fine without it. A couple of lightbulbs were out in the unit but nothing the necessitated bothering anyone over. The bikes were absolutely key! The kids could ride over to the Big Chill without me or ride around the property with the friends they made. Beach access was not a big deal. We went to both inlet beach and seagrove beach easily. Chair rentals were also easy and pretty reasonable (cheaper if you got an umbrella With the chairs for some reason). The Big Chill app was also really helpful to preorder your food. I wish I had known that no one was occupying the A and B suites of our unit bc shuffling the car and golf cart constantly was a pain. Otherwise, our stay was perfection!

Condo was very well furnished and very clean. Location in the complex was ideal as it was 2 houses away from the generous heated pool and across the street from The Big Chill which was fun for early morning coffee, evening live music etc. Golf cart easily got us to the nearest beach access and to local area restaurants. Unit came with chairs and bikes along with others things for the beach. Just bring your wallet and a couple days clothes! The garage door opener was broken so we needed to open the door by hand everyday, but it's no big deal. Im sure it will get resolved. Really, no complaints and we'd rent again for sure.

We loved our time here! The condo was very nice and spacious. It was great for our family of 4 ( kids are 4 and 9). We enjoyed how close the pool and The Big Chill was to the condo- easy walk. The beach was just a quick trip down the road- enjoyed the space on the beach at Deer Lake State Park. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to anybody. Nice feature was the cart to drive around the neighborhoods and restaurants.
