Stayed Dec 27, 2025First thing- properly management and communication was probably the best we’ve experienced using VBRO. Very responsive and helpful. Check in/check out were a breeze- no overly complicated instructions. The house is nicely decorated and beds are super comfy. The house had everything needed for our stay from toiletries to cooking tools. My only improvement thoughts are the living room seating wasn’t too comfy or family friendly - more pillows and blankets may help. The garage remote was missing but that wasn’t a big issue. We couldn’t get the outdoor tv to work but didn’t really need it anyway. Every room has an easy to use tv. For mature adults- this house has many steps and four floors. Like any downtown adjacent area, neighborhood has some rough spots but the house is in a gated community and we felt safe. Great location if you are headed into downtown. Overall, great place and we would stay here again.

Stayed Nov 24, 2025The host/management was great - super helpful and very quick to respond, but we had a bunch of stuff go wrong - the front door lock didn't work, the hot tub was not very hot, the outside TV didn't work and the washing machine didn't work. They tried to remedy all the situations, but it was just a lot. Generally the townhouse is nice.
