LUXURIOUS POIPU SANDS CONDO SANCTUARY

Bruce and Betty’s condo is beautiful and was perfect for our stay. They are extremely organized and the condo was fully equipped. Bed was very comfortable and place was meticulously clean. Hope to stay there again on future visits!

Fantastic location, beautiful paved trails and hiking trails all around, good restaurants, great beaches. Just be aware that portable AC units are not very effective and are -loud-. Any AC units like that are though, so if quiet cold room is your thing it won't work for you. We slept with windows open and used ceiling fans, nice and quiet, but it can be humid. It was quiet though, no roosters! Kitchen very well stocked. Easy communication. Will happily be back.

The location is great.

This property was even better than expected! It was very spacious, and had everything one would want or need and then some. We felt the price was a steal for what you are getting. Location is perfect. We would return tomorrow if we could and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others!

Very nicely appointed condo. Very well supplied with all kitchen appliances, dishes and cookware. Above expectations all the way.

Accessibility was fantastic. Accommodations were accurate as advertised and if assistance was needed to any question they were immediately addressed to our satisfaction.

Fantastic place to stay in Kauai. Bruce and Betty were great to communicate with and they have put a lot of time and consideration into making sure you enjoy your visit. The bed was comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, premium hair/body soaps, laundry detergent, and lotions provided along with beach towels, chairs, snorkel sets, cooler, umbrella and almost anything you might need for your stay in Poipu. Bruce and Betty have decorated their condo with quality furniture and beautiful artwork and have even put together a welcome binder with tons of information about their unit as well as recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. This condo was just a short 3 minute drive to Poipu Beach and area restaurants.

Perfect location, beautiful condo, decor, layout, clean. Great guide booklet for things to do and see. Everything you would ever need and want to make your trip the best ever.

Why do you go these surveys when at the airport stressed out about getting home. Give renters time to get back home before asking these questions

We loved staying at this spacious, clean , comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. Located close to Poipu beach and The Grand Hyatt at Shipwreck Beach made it easy to spend time at these stunning locations as well as exploring other parts of the island. This Condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to enjoy gorgeous beaches and the kitchen has all the tools necessary to create basic and gourmet meals. The space was easily kept cool with ceiling fans. We never even considered using the air conditioning and thoroughly enjoyed the fragrant ocean breezes . Kauai is a beautiful island that offers many activities and this condo is the perfect place to come home to after a busy day!
