Luxurious Oceanfront 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Condo at Mar Vista Grande in North Myrtle Beach!

We love this condo. This is our 3rd Thanksgiving in this particular condo. Wish they would update furniture and TV. Fridge door needs to be fixed so it doesn’t hit against the cabinets every time you open it.

This is the third year in a row we've been staying at this unit & will continue to stay here! It's very clean and doesn't disappoint. Spacious and great for a family but works wonderfully for a small group too. Thank you for Another great stay!

We were first impressed with the facility of Mar Vista. Superb in safety & clean. The lazy river & indoor pool are pluses. The condo was much nicer than expected.we have stayed in many beach Vrbo, but this one was beautiful, clean, & spacious. My family rated it 20/ 10. lolWe usually stay in Orange Beach but Myrtle Beach captured our hearts. We hope to visit again. Thank you!

We've stayed at Mar Vista Grand many times before, this unit was a first for us as our normal unit was already booked. This unit was gorgeous, clean, and ready for the week. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, the towel supply was great, all appliances were in good working order. We always stay at Mar Vista Grande because its never failed our expetations, and we will be looking forward to booking this unit again for next year's vacation.

the condo was clean and all that it appeared to be online and some. The location was perfect as we wanted away from the hustle of Myrtle Beach. We had some difficulty with the check in but the managing staff was right there. Could not have asked for a better stay!

The only down fall was we didn’t have television for two day or internet. After calling the Mar Vista office they came out the 2nd day and got us running. Much appreciated would diffently book again. We loved the easy check in and check out

This is a wonderful condo - great location and amenities. Only lost one star for a couple things. The kitchen supplies were somewhat limited with regard to cookware and utensils. The knives were rusty (thankfully I brought my own - so it wasn't really a big deal). And the internet was wonky (very slow and goes in and out), which made it a bit tedious to do the little bit of work that I'd brought. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would most definitely stay at Mar Vista Grande again!

We went to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. We are 9 people and the unit was very spacious with the rooms allowing privacy from the gang.location was a 10/10 many memories made would recommend 100%

Had our adult kids and our parents in for a few days of beach vacation. Very well done property and space with great access to beach and other North Myrtle amenities.

The condo had a clean,friendly welcoming atmosphere. The company knew that previous work had been done on the washer and dryer unit. The unit didn’t work and we were told it would be fixed after we left. However, they could pick up a load of laundry we had tried to wash and they would dry it. Really, that was unsatisfactory for our needs. Also the ice maker should have been turned on and ready for us. We had to purchase bags of ice as it took 2 days for the ice maker to adequately work. We took before and after pics of the condo to make sure everything was left as we had found it. The rental was ok but we have had better rental experiences from previous vacations.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Everyone was friendly. Very clean, smelled wonderful! Views were amazing. Would for sure stay anytime.
