Amazing location and the unit is fantastic for couples looking to explore Nashville. The walk to downtown is lovely. Make sure to stop by Pinewood Social as it is right next to the building and offers great drinks, food, and bowling! You can’t go wrong staying at any of the owner’s locations.

What a fantastic spot! Kurt was a great host, tons of information made arrival and checkout smooth. My wife and I loved the rental, brunch at Pinewood Social couldn't be easier, and if you want to get in your steps enjoying Nashville, easily walkable to nearly all the Broadway fun. This would be a great spot for any of the sporting and music events in town as well. Plan to rent again next time back

The property was everything you would expect from a first class experience. The host provided a detailed communication from checking in to checking out without any issues. Would definitely recommend if you are looking g for a place close enough to all the action but far enough away to enjoy some peace a relaxation.

We loved the balcony view and looking at the City lights. This was a great property and met all of our needs. It was clean, safe and set up nicely.

Not many shops in walking distance. The bed was VERY squeaky. No coffee filters.

Great location and a wonderful view of the city skyline & Nissan Stadium.Host communicated well. Over all pretty quiet. Unfortunately, there is a fairly bad gnat problem, which possibly stems from being on the river and close to the trash shoot of the complex.

The rooms were beautiful and huge! Had a great time! Would definitely recommend!

Came for a concert at the Ascend Amphitheater. Location was perfect to walk to both the concert and Broadway for night life. Condo was spacious and just as described. For being near downtown Nashville was still quiet even on the balcony at night. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Hosts were very gracious and communicated very well. If we come back to Nashville would definitely stay again.

Lovely space, well equipped kitchen with nice quality utensils, pots, pans and dishes. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were well equipped. It was very nice to see a host take pride in the total patron experience. Wonderful views and pool! Book it!

We were very pleased with our rental. It was in a very nice, secure building with a parking garage. We had everything that we needed for our stay and at a reasonable price. Its located overlooking the river and about a 4 - 5 minute Uber rrideridrfromBroadway, usually between 7 - 9

We were impressed with the location! We only had a couple days in Nashville and the location was very convenient (about a 20 minute walk to Broadway). The apartment was clean and fresh!

We booked this for a girls trip and we were not disappointed! Easy, very detailed check in/checkout information. The location was perfect for our group. Just a quick walk or uber to Broadway. Very clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would absolutley stay here again

Patio needs cleaning spiders and spider webs all over! More towels would have been nice other than that a very nice property loved the parking garage

Great stay in a great location! Apartment was perfect for what we needed. Bed was super comfortable which is very important for my bad back. The complex had a huge patio with grills and lots of seating and even a few games which we took advantage of. I wish there had been a few more spices and cooking staples available but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again!
