**Parking, Prohibited Vehicles and Lot Appearance**

Boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, commercial vehicles, flat bed pick-up trucks, recreational vehicles (including campers), disabled, or similar vehicles shall not be parked on any Fremont Crossing lot or driveway other than inside an enclosed garage, screen from view. No vehicle may be parked in the street. Any vehicle found in violation of these restrictions is subject to towing by the Association at rental guest's expense. No other materials, trash, garbage, refuse containers, or unattractive materials shall be permitted on any Lot, Common Area, or the streets.

    We appreciate the location of this house, as it’s extremely walkable to the village. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and customer service both left us underwhelmed and disappointed. This was our group’s 3rd time staying at this house and unfortunately it may be our last.

    A terrific spot in Sunriver, with all the amenities for a relaxing stay; the proximity to the SHARC, village, and bike trails were very convenient and the neighborhood was peaceful.

    The location of this house is fantastic! Easy walk to the Village, SHARC, etc. House was the perfect size for our family of four (2 adults, 2 adult size teens), with plenty of space for everyone. House is very well appointed with everything you may need. The only issue was the bike situation was not ideal...4 bikes are included but the mountain bike is too small for an adult and is in bad shape. The other bikes are cruisers and work fine. I would recommend this house again as a great Sunriver solution for a smaller group or family!

    Great location. Less than 5 minute walk to the village and less than 10 minutes to get to The Sharc. The 8 passes were a plus and we enjoyed our time swimming as a family there. I appreciated that there was a high chair, pack and play, as well as a baby gate available that are not listed as amenities. The home and stay overall was pleasant, loved the area, bbq and hot tub. There are adult bikes available, they are dated (3, one had a gear break halfway down the street and was not usable afterwards). Home is visibly clean but could use a deep clean and things were noticed once we had been there a day. Lots of room for family meals and gaming. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.

    We really enjoyed this condo, it is an end unit and very spacious. It backs up to one of the more main roads in sunriver but you don’t hear any traffic noise. The closeness to the village and SHARC is absolutely wonderful. The property management company was very helpful, you just have to call the local number that they give you in one of their emails and not the 1800 number. We would definitely stay here again.

    Property has a great layout with two master bedrooms. Location is top notch with its walking distance to Village Mall and SHARC. Really enjoyed the place, but it does need some updating.
