Luxurious Duplex Penthouse in the Heart of Chicago ~ Outstanding Location!

Great location and we enjoyed the large tv/kitchen area for gathering. Agree with prior review that nicer pillows are needed. Also, the twin beds in basement are on a metal frame so every time you turn; it’s noisy. Overall happy with the VRBO and price was not unreasonable for the size.

We had a group of 10 stay at this property and it was awesome. The place is even nicer in person than the pictures. Very clean, plenty of amenities, and LOTS of space. Would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about this property. It has absolutely everything you would need for a large group. The check-in process was seamless, the location is great, and there is absolutely nothing I would change. The pictures don't do it justice, everyone was blown away by how large it was and the gathering space was exactly what our group of 12 friends needed. It's hard to find a location that doesn't generate a single negative comment from 12 friends, but this nailed it.

This house was an absolutely perfect spot for a bachelorette party. The property manager was prompt and responsive, making the details of our stay smooth. It is huge and a beautiful penthouse. Highly recommend.

The 711 Penthouse was the perfect set up for our weekend. We had 8 adults so we had plenty of room. The 2.5 bathrooms actually worked out better than I had imagined and we made it work without much effort. The communication was excellent and they went above and beyond when the city turned the water off to the entire block without much notice. We found the condo very clean and well appointed with coffee and plenty of kitchenware. The place is quite large and plenty roomy. If I could provide just a little feedback item it would be better pillows. But other than that it was perfect.

Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. Property was great for our group of eight adults. We made big meals, played games, and never felt like we were on top of one another. Kitchen was quite well appointed. Beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again.

What a great place for large groups. State of the art! Has everything you need, plus things you didn’t know you needed. We had a group of 12 for a family wedding and this was the perfect spot. Convenient to all activities. Grocery, CVS, church, restaurants, bars all walking distance. Wish we had more time to stay and take advantage of all this place has to offer. Highly recommend! Property manager, Ben, was fantastic too.

Very kind hosts, they responded well and made us feel at home. I had a very large group and there was room for everyone. I would recommend!

Description of the property says it sleeps 20. We were a group of 16 - this is not true. Description claims 2 double futons. There are no futons in the house. There are couches only, which are not easy to sleep on. I called the owner to inquire about the sleeping areas- he claimed there were not only the futons listed, but also a few daybeds throughout the house. There are no daybeds. When we arrived the property manager told us there had never been daybeds, only air mattresses. Afterwards I let the owner know that the description and claims made over the phone were not accurate, but there has been no remedy for the false claims. I hope vrbo asks the owner to at least update the description to be accurate.

Sameer’s place is amazing and was the ideal place for my bachelor party. The pictures truly do not do it justice. His property manager, Ben, met us on arrival and was always just a text away if we had any questions. The space is massive and we were blown away by how nice the penthouse was! The roof was also fantastic and has great views of the city. Overall, his place was a big reason why we had such a great time and I hope to stay there again soon! Look no further for a space to host your large group - you won’t regret it! Cannot recommend it enough.

Clean and neat, big rooms with large common areas. 2.5 baths and 5 bedrooms with comfortable couches. Nice rooftop lounge area. If renting car, garage is great feature.

These property owners are over advertising how many people this unit can sleep. Further, they are advertising the unit with a roof deck and then after you book advise it costs more to use and access the deck.
