Located in Upper Deer Valley's luxurious Silver Lake Village, this Black Bear Lodge 2 bedroom/3 full bathroom luxurious condo is perfect for a great family ski vacation or year round getaway. This condo sleeps 10 with two master suites (one with bunk beds and one with a sleeper sofa) and a comfortable pull out couch in the living room. Enjoy your own private hot tub on the porch after an awesome day on the slopes as well as a backyard area off the patio for the kidsto play. There is also a pool, hot tub, gas grill and fitness facility in the complex

Black Bear Lodge is located JUST 200 YARDS FROM THE LIFTS and the ski valet where you can store your skis for free overnight.


If you want to cuddle up and stay in, we have lots to do for fun. There are 4 sonos, high speed wi-fi, and large flat screen tv’s in every room. We have lots of books, board games, DVD’s and a gaming console with the hottest games. All the bedding is luxurious and the bathrooms have jetted tubs and beautiful finishes. The recently remodeled kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful meal including everything from a crock pot to a fondue set. We have an electric grill on the back patio and all the grilling tools you might need. We also have central AC, an underground parking spot, a Pack n’ Play and a high chair for the little ones.

Silver Lake Village boasts six elegant restaurants, along with many other shops and boutiques for you to enjoy right outside your door during your stay. The epic Stein Eriksen is across the street and Après there is not to be missed. We are also near the St. Regis and the Montage which are lovely to visit. It’s also just a quick car ride (2.4 miles/7 minutes) to Main Street for dining, shopping and exploring. There is so much to do in Park City year round. Skiing, hiking, fishing, biking, art galleries, great restaurants, amusement parks, rodeos, or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery. There is free public transportation right outside the front door and uber is an easy option too.

    Fantastic property! Ideal location just a few minute walk to Silver Lake lodge and lift. Well-equipped, comfy and plenty of room. Would absolutely stay again.

    Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. Just across the street from the lifts for amazing mountain biking in the summer. The place was clean and easy to get too. We have stayed in other units at Black Bear lodge that had better views of the mountain, but this particular unit was by far the easiest to get to which was very convenient with all of our luggage and my grandma. The layout worked out perfectly for our family. The host was amazing as well! We would definitely stay again.

    This is THE place! For anyone staying in Park City, Utah. You will not find more sleeping accommodations or amenities for the price! The communication with the owner was 10/10. The close proximity to the ski slopes and Main Street is excellent. I want to book this condo EVERY time I need a spot in Park City

    We had a great week staying here. The location is perfect, close to lifts and everything we like at Silver Lake. Size was great for 4 adults and 2 kids. Condo has everything you need and is well stocked. Owner was great with communication and solved any issue quickly and easily. Thank you!

    We really enjoyed this property! We had an issue upon arrival but Julie was very responsive and did her best to make it right as quickly as possible. The condo itself is in a great location, a 4 minutes walk to Silver Lake Lodge (and that’s with kids in ski boots). Close enough to come home for lunch— the kitchen was fully equipped and we appreciated that there were salt, pepper, seasonings, etc on site already. Having 3 bathrooms and in unit laundry were great for our family of 5. The private hot tub was also nice and my kids enjoyed the outdoor community pool one day as well. The unit was full of toys and games that we all enjoyed. It is a ground level unit so the bedroom side is a bit dark (protected from sun by building and decking above) but all the better for sleeping! Overall, we would stay here again when we come back to Deer Valkey!

    Loved the hot tub after long days skiing. Easy access to everything. The Queen sized bed is more firm than typical but a member in our party used it and was very happy. Not one thing I would change or suggest.
