BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 Parking passes are included with the reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    This condo is beautiful and well furnished with everything you need. The views from this condo are great. It's the perfect condo to watch the sun rise. The only downside is the balcony on the beach side is starting to sag so we did not feel comfortable being out there, it is not the only one that is sagging. Hopefully this will be addressed before it becomes a safety issue.

    Hot tub was down for maintenance when we arrived. Once up and going, there was too much chlorine in the water. Burning our eyes, so we had to get out. One of the treadmills was also down in the weight room. Our condo itself was beautiful with a gorgeous view. Wished we had better weather, but we made the best out of it, had a great time. Had a blast on the dolphin cruise on the Sunny Lady! We will definitely be back.

    Condo was very clean! We did have issues with the TV trying to get the remotes to work. Other I would recommend this condo to anyone coming to Gulf Shoes!

    Condo was as advertised.Several popped up during our stay and were handled promptly and efficiently. One of the issues involved the purchase of a new television and it was handled with few issues.Enjoyable stay.

    We rented this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with the expectation of having company during our stay through the month of February. That didn't work out. However, the two of us had plenty of space to spread out. It was a beautiful condo, although it could use a good deep cleaning (under the heavier furniture, etc.) The building's work-out room had a new weight machine. We spent many afternoons on the balcony overlooking the Gulf or taking the boardwalk down to the beach. One thing, we wish that the property managers or owners or real estate people would insist that there be no smoking on the balconies. I understand that's difficult to enforce, but several beautiful afternoons were ruined by the smell of cigarette, cigar and weed drifting up our way.

    Upon arrival, there were four large air dryers blowing in the master bath...we found our there was a leak from the unit above our unit. We were not told and it took over a day to have the dryers removed abd cleaned up. After that everything was fine.
