Stayed Jul 11, 2025Property manager did not provide check in info, and was non responsive to calls or messages. As an out of town guest with events paid up front and having to come up with more money and pay for a place and wait for reinforcement was ridiculous

Stayed Jun 24, 2025After not hearing from the host before the day of checkin I tried messaging and calling them. They did not answer text or phone call and the voicemail mailbox was full so I couldn’t even leave a voice message. VRBO also couldn’t get in contact with the host so I was forced to book somewhere else literally on the way there. Also because of the short notice of booking a new place I had no other options besides hotels, which didn’t have a kitchen or laundry services. Not to mention I was staying with my two teenage boys and my parents. 5 of us in a hotel room was not ideal! I was not happy with the reimbursement process from VRBO either. 0/10 for the host and VRBO for this stay in Atlanta.
