Luxurious and Spacious Ocean View Condo on the Beach! 2B/2B with modern updates!

The condo was very warm and comforting feeling basically feeling like going home

My family and I all enjoyed our stay. Our 2 kids 9 and 6 loved having their own beds and a tv in their room. The place was comfortable and clean with a big kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom. The balcony was awesome with great view of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach with private access. Pool and hot tub were well kept up and clean.

Host was very accommodating and great to work with. Could have packed lighter as she truly had everything we needed!

Extended stay after a college tour. Nice beach with great spot to watch rocket launches. Condo was spacious.

Great view even though from side of bldg. Previously I have only stayed beachfront facing Atlantic Ocean. But this view was okay. Condo was perfect, stylish, and comfortable, as if done up for her own family.Very convenient and enjoyable. Economical. Great well regulated, quiet and safe building. Many stays with VRBO and never a better host.

This place is amazing and the hosts are so very nice and very accommodating with responding to questions right away. Would recommend this place and will be back as it is right on the beach with a private access which meant beach was not crowded for us. Was very relaxing and very spacious! Stay here your next vacation

What a great rental. This place had everything. Location was great. Cocoa beach is a quieter family area that allowed ease of access to the main strip and everything to do in the area. It was an hour drive to Universal Studios and a 30 minute drive to Kennedy space center. Don’t miss this. It is a great day trip. The condo was great. The place has 7 floors and you are on the top floor. Elevator was easy to access and you didn’t have to wait forever for an elevator like other places. The private beach to the other residents was nice and the pool and jacuzzi down stairs was great. The condo was everything we hoped for a more. Plenty of space for our family of four. Large sectional couch in living area and nice balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved our stay. Beds were super comfortable and the condo included all new amenities from dish washer laundry and fridge. We would definitely stay here again and recommend. 10/10. Thanks again. The host was also super quick to respond w any questions and even offered a pre travel guide that was extremely helpful for the area.

Well equipped condo in a good location.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Monica’s condo. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and thoughtfully equipped. Monica was quick to respond to questions and her check in/out instructions were clear. We definitely recommend staying here!
