Stayed Jul 19, 2025Sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable & made noises every time you sat on it. Ice machine didn’t work which cost us an additional 14-28 a day. Water was off one evening when we came up from beach for showers (8 of us). No notification. Pool restrictions were inconsistent day to day. Elevators didn’t work 2x during our stay & we were on the 11th floor with 3 seniors with knee & hip issues.
