Stayed Aug 6, 2023We had a wonderful time. The view is absolutely beautiful!!! The location and amenities are as described. Check-in was so easy, and everyone was so helpful. They also assisted with a car service from the airpott. Any questions i had were answered immediately. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed Apr 19, 2021Most of the people i spoke with weren’t able to answer my questions so there was a lot of waisted time just waiting for calls back. My questions were regarding things like early check in and needing to leave the reservation early, so I was surprised the staff weren’t aware of the policies. It’s also worth mentioning that the rooms, despite being in a hotel don’t offer things like room service or even a phone to communicate with the front desk. Using the Vrbo app has proven to be a great alternative apps and traditional hotels, but my experience with this booking has made me think twice about using the app again. Not being able to communicate with a sole owner or host is very frustrating and being in a hotel but not being able to take advantage of hotel amenities made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Again, the staff was friendly but I honestly can’t say I’d recommend Five Star Luxury Travel to anyone after my experience.

Stayed Oct 27, 2020This was without a doubt the nicest two bedroom condo with most fabulous views of the ocean and beach my wife and I have ever stayed at and we look forward to returning on our next trip to Miami.
