As you step into this 1,305 Sq. Ft. two bedroom suite with a fully furnished balcony overlooking the Miami Skyline you immediately know luxury and nature have combined. Master bedroom has a nine foot long maple desk, in the living room you can enjoy lounging on the plush white organic sofa that also converts into a bed, a maple dining table leads to a master bedroom with a king-sized Keetsa mattress covered in 100% organic cotton sheets.

Guests have access to 1 Hotel amenities. Thereis a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $150 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

The property was beautiful and was a perfect location on Miami Beach. It is part of 1hotel so you are able to use all their accommodations as guests. The beach space for 1hotel was stunning and clean with food and drink service. The room itself was exceptionally clean and exactly how it shows on the photos. I will be recommending this property to friends and family who ever visit Miami Beach.

The overall experience was great. We didnt know we had to wash our own towels and the dryer kept stopping but when I contacted Joe he had hotel housekeeping bring us more. I wish we had extra items like toilet paper stored instead of having to ask for everything but it was a great place to stay.

Super location. Extremely clean and well equipped. 5 star facilities and service. Would strongly recommend. The only negative is the water pressure is very low in the main bathroom and kitchen. Also the washing machine didn’t work. (not the end of the world)
