Luxurious 1 Bedroom in the Heart of Seattle!

It was a great location for what we wanted to do. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. The rules for getting in and out were a bit convoluted. I understand the need for them but the it was a bit of hassle remembering to make sure this or that gate/door shut or else one might be subject to a building fine. That being said we would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great time in Seattle. We did everything- saw everything we wanted to see. Check- in was great. Building was clean. Staff seemed nice - we really didn’t interact with them too much though. We thought the unit was outdated. We knew we faced the courtyard- but photos in listing showed water views. We did not experience that view. The air conditioner was in a very inconvenient - in the way location in the bedroom. My husband had to jump over/manuever around it to get in & out of the bed.

Very accomodating host. Great location for walking and exploring the City. Great Cafe Macrina around the block for breakfast and Artisan Cafe for lunch up the Street.

This was the perfect place for me, my husband, daughter and grand daughter (4 yrs). Close to everything, perfect space, the pool and hot tub were a hit, and the kitchen was well-stocked and so necessary for us. Only slight complaint was the matress in the fold out couch in the living room was too saggy for us (so we slept in the bedroom and the youngers slept on the pull-out.) Overall great place.

First, the owners were great communicators. Second, the location was very convenient - easy to walk to so many places. Also near a lot of restaurants & bars. However, the photo of the deck overlooking the Sound is verry misleading. Not only is that not part of the unit, it’s not even accessible by renters. The unit is okay but everything was a bit off. Closet was falling apart, hangers were broken, dryer was full of the last load of laundry, dishware and cups were random, etc. Just not up to par compared to the dozens of rentals we’ve stayed in in the past. I want to be constructive so I do think it would not take much for the owners to bring the unit up to par. They also need to remove the photo of the balcony overlooking the water,

We enjoyed our stay in the condo though it is not well suited for 4 adults. There is just not tons of space. It was not a huge hassle for us bc we were out most of the time but if you are hoping to spend time inside and not feel on top of one another a larger unit would be better. We had this rented for a part of two and then added more so that is on us but it seems worth noting for other folks. The only complaint we had about the space was the check in process. Due to the nature of the building and the HOA associated as a VRBO guest you have to be essentially checked in by an actual person and that requires a lot of extra coordination that I have never dealt with in other rentals before. We had driven for 5+ hours then were expected to text or call ahead to coordinate our check in and then go through a whole thing before we could even get into our unit. I understand these are the rules and I can see how some folks would find it confusing to deal with without an actual human telling them how to access various things but we didn't need any of it and were just annoyed by it all while we were waiting to pee and just do our own thing. Honestly, if this check in process had been explained to us, so our expectations could have been managed, ahead of time it would have felt different but it seemed shocking and annoying and like a hassle.

Located near several great restaurants, right outside the building. Busses easy to get around town. Apt. has a view of a beautiful green courtyard, very quiet and comfortable.
