The kitchen, living room, and bedroom were clean overall, though the apartment did have a few issues. The property is located on the second floor, and the stairs are extremely steep and narrow, so much so that it was difficult to place a foot properly. Carrying suitcases up was a real struggle, and management should address this, as it poses a potential safety risk.The shower light was not working, and the bathroom walls were somewhat untidy. The bedroom had white shades, which were more of a nuisance than useful; management may want to reconsider these. The air conditioning also did not function properly during our stay. When we reported this, management explained that since it was 100F outside, the AC could only cool the unit to 80F. However, this was not accurate, as the outside temperature was not that high, and the AC performance clearly needs improvement.On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the water supply was good, and the kitchen was spacious. It would be helpful if the kitchen had a drying rack for wet dishes. Overall cleanliness could be improved, but generally, the stay was acceptable.

I am glad my two grandsons were with me to carry our luggage up the stairs. Other than the steep stairway I enjoyed our stay.i would consider staying there again if I was staying in Covington again.

Adorable apartment, nicely renovated. Nice neighborhood, with some great restaurants in walking distance. Incredibly steep steps to get up to the apartment if that would be an issue.

This little apartment was perfect. Far enough away from the city to be relaxing but close enough to go for dinner. The stairs are very steep but managable. Overall it was a great stay.

We enjoyed this place. It was clean and modern. My only cleanliness comment is that the cloth shower curtain has pink mildew stains all along the bottom and there were ants in the kitchen. The stairs are a downfall. Literally. They are incredibly steep and narrow. It’s hard to believe they’re building and codes approved to be honest but I’m sure the company is at no fault with this. The building itself is quite old but the renovations make the place modern and homey. Another issue we encountered that could be improved is the bed closest to the closet is like sleeping on a rock slab. The other bed—AMAZING. So comfy I wish I had one myself. We all (myself, spouse, and toddler) piled into the comfy bed and used the other one as a hard surface for our bags. The price was good for what we received. Overall, the stay was nice with a few minor complaints that didn’t seriously alter our stay or the opinion of the booking.

We liked how everything we wanted to do was just minutes away. We enjoyed our stay, we will definitely do it again!

Overall, I was very pleased with this rental. Kitchen, bathroom, beds, and TV were all nice. The location was convenient to walking to get some food or a short drive into the city. Minor negatives included the stairs up into the space (which were somewhat steep with short steps) and a wobbly kitchen table. There are also only two chairs at the kitchen table to eat at, but others could also eat on the couch in the living room.

The rental was very clean, recently remodeled. Fast internet, new appliances, looked really good! The stairs were a it steep, other than that it was a great place to stay.

Nice place! There aren’t any curtain, so be prepared to be woken up early by the sun. Felt like a slightly sketchy area.

The house was simply great, fully equipped, lot of space, very quiet street.
