Find a view that most Seattleites only dream about at this 16th-floor condo in Newmark Tower, where you'll have breathtaking balcony vistas of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains, gorgeous nightly sunsets, and even Pike Place Market below.

This condo is in the iconic Newmark Tower, a luxury residential high-rise at 2nd Avenue and Pike Street in the heart of downtown. What was once a JCPenney department store has since been renovated into a 24-story condo building with an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, gym, business center, concierge service, and parking garage. When you're ready to get out and explore, you'll be a matter of steps from Pike Place Market, the Seattle Symphony, the Seattle Art Museum, and world-class dining and shopping.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a rear wall of glass that frames the bay and cityscape and lets in an abundance of sunlight. Peer through the telescope to watch for bald eagles or step out onto the balcony to bask in the sea breeze.

Every need is accounted for here, including a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a separate dining room, and a smart TV and shelves of books for your evening entertainment. Amenities include balcony access from the bedroom, mini-split air-conditioning for your comfort, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The view from the property is spectacular . Everything was as it looks in the pictures. It is very close to everything. We only used Uber once because it was raining. The condo is comfy. I would highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our stay. Everyone was super friendly and the process was smooth despite significant flight delays.

Unparalleled view, walking distance to so many attractions, Pike Place Market right across the street. Comfortable, well appointed. Onsite parking, great security, very nice building. Target right in the building. Responsive service. Really enjoyed our stay!

Central location! To most attractions. And if it isn’t, the Link train is a block away. Apartment was cute and well supplied with basic needs

Location was great - just up a short way from Pike Market. Views were fabulous! Deck was great for using to view the scenery. Comfortable bed, very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Wow, “best view ever” is spot on! It is totally unobstructed and really can’t get better…wish I could post some epic sunset pictures taken from the deck. The unit clearly was just painted and the carpet looks brand new. Appliances were all working correctly, WiFi was fast, AC was very cold and the shower had decent pressure. Loved the Seattle grunge music posters too! The building is super central and this particular unit has a gate-protected parking spot, which is huge because there really isn’t any safe public parking in the area. The Target did save the day and was a great place to stock up on drinks. All in all, my wife and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making it easy!

Just as pictured. View is unbeatable. Very clean with everything you would need for a week stay. The target store downstairs was convenient but not at all disruptive. Target hours are 8-8, and it has a nice market with all the essentials. Including travel/trial size stuff you won’t need to bring. Parking was a breeze. If you are a reader, no need to bring books. This unit has a wide variety of books of all kinds I would definitely stay here again. Enjoy

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN SEATTLE!!! Everything you ever need to see/eat to experience Seattle is within walking distance. Super clean place on a high floor where you can see the lovely views / sunrise / sunset of the Seattle port area. Very clean and hospitable host. Will come back to book this place again 10/10 and the target in the basement is a huge plus
